Last nite I and my hubby checked our weight after having diet for 3 weeks of mine and a few days of my hubby's

and the result was the best : I am now 45 Kg from 48 before!!! so Happy because my food controlling is working! my target is being 43 kg from now on and get my waist smaller and turn back to "S" size as I was

My hubby lost 5 Kg only by reducing his food! for a several days before He had no dinner at night and consumed more fruits and it worked better than me! huaaa I am so Jealous!

Thanks God what I am gaining gives better result. I do so happy cause now I can control my appetite and also I want to continue to control my wants..hehe Thanks God anyway!
