Unhappy Friday Morning

Yuhu..Friday!! I always Happy to start this day! but not today...

Actually this Friday started badly for me because I made something wrong in the school which will impact my friends..hhuhu..along the day I couldn't concentrate even tough I had already apologize for that kind of foolish thing.. please Help me God!

The first lesson today was Physical Exercise with all the Pre School and Kindergarten ( there are 3 classes in the morning) so I brought the children to the sport field and we did some P.E there where my mind were thinking about that Fault!

Hiks..I couldn't concentrate on my teaching. What I wanted to do is hide and run to my hubby, because He is the one who will make me calm ( except praying and asking a "help" from God eventough I knew that I was wrong) but I decided not to call my hubby because He is really busy for this end of the year ( yeah, thats budgeters!)

But thanks God, what I was afraid of didn't happen ( at least for today, but I hope Forever!)
until the time for leave the school, none happen I could take a deep breath..Huffff..thank God for helping this wrong person!

Home Room Teacher

As A home room teacher, my main duty are Preparing all the lesson and posting it in in the lesson plan, delivering the lesson according to the plan, checking and grading then writing a review on their Agenda. The most difficult one is Delivering the Lesson because it is not easy to manage 15 students and explaining the lesson in a " foreign Language" even touch their ability in understanding English is far better than students in National School, but I have to find a simpler English words to make them catch the ideas.

The biggest problem in teaching kids especially in Pre School age is how to get and maintain their attention. Kids can't concentrate on one topics more than -let's say- 4 minutes, and that's why if I keep talking and explain the lesson they will start talking or doing something. So the solution that I find is : less talking, do more Practice and have them do more physical exercise that will make more senses are moved. For example, 1 minutes explaining and let them do the exercise ( written) if they finish they can play around the class ( we provide some books and educational toys inside) or I will lead a story telling ( this is their favorite) use the Realia ( additional equipments such us small board or story books) or Singing and do more action!

As I can, I don't believe in Physical Punishment for the students. I think I don't have any right to pinch or bite them. I prefer to tell them their fault and make them confuse it as a wrong doing. So far, it works even tough they will re-do it everyday.. yeah, that is Children.. need a patience to change them. Children is still a children. If you can't handle them, then no need to be with them. They can't reach your understanding, but you can. That is my motto in handling them. So I always pray that God will give me more wisdom, patience and creativity in making them better and love to study in my classroom.

This Sunday

yeah, I love Sunday! siapa sih yang ga suka hari Libur ..ya ga?? hihihi..hari ini seperti biasa agenda gw adalah ngereload isi kulkas untuk 1 minggu ini, karna kan udah gawe nih dan ga bisa ke pasar lagi sesuka hati kaya waktu masih nganggur.. so abis manggang en ngukus roti en sarapan, gw pun ke pasar naik angkot persis didepan rusun karna hubby ga bisa nganterin..hikss sedihnya hubbyku kena gangguan pencernaan gara2 salah makan makanan yang kayanya udah ga sehat lagi di acara makan bersama abis kebaktian kemarin..

Nyampe dipasar jam setengah 9 ( kesiangan banget ya, tp gw suka karna biasanya pasar udah sepi dan pedanganggnya suka ngasi bonus banyak ..hehe) eh banyak lapak yang udah diberesin..padahal kan nih pasar bertahan ampe sore loh..tp untung juga karna persediaan makanan masih banyak,gw cuma beli sayur2 ijo, ikan teri, ama bawang merah giling doang. Nah pas di ojek gw baru tau kalo hari ini pasarnya dibersihin karna mau ada penilaian dari pemerintah ( Indonesia banget ya, baru bersih2 kalo ada yang nilai)

Nah pas cuci mata ke toko kelontong tradisional, gw naksir ama satu bakul kecil dari rotan kali yaa..padahal ga tau juga gunanya buat apa, tapi dasar wanita, langsung aja di ambil ..apalagi harganya cuma 6 ribu perak..hihih..jadi deh pas naik ojek gw bawa2 bakul

Nyampe rumah, hubby bingung ngeliat gw bawa bakul kaya didesa aja.. hihihi.. so pasti dia udah tau kalo gw sendiri pun ga tau gunanya bakul itu apaan.. btw dipikir2 pede juga ya gw bawa2 bakul di rusun ini ..apalagi tadi Lift nya penuh lagi..hihi..pada heran ngeliatn gw bawa bakul..hehe jarang2 kan ada orang naik lift pake bakul..hehe

Nyampe rumah gw pun dengan manisnya metikin sayur2 ijo tadi, supaya ga layu dan ga makan tempat kalo dimasukin di kulkas gw yang kecil, selesai metikin sayur, gw pun mulai masak makan siang hari ini : Fucilli sup, telor rebus buat hubby en tahu goreng sambel buat gw. Selesai masak jam 11 san, gw pun cuci piring en ngepelin lantai..huh..bener2 jadi ibu rumah tangga nih..hihi

O ya hari ini kita ada acara keluarga besar, Bapa tua dari suami ( abangnya mertua laki2) hari ini mau ngerayain golden wedding anniversarynya di Menara Hijau..wuuiih gimana ya rasanya 50 tahun bersama2?? hmm

Tapi sampe sekarang hubby tercinta belum mau dibangunin..masih pengen istirahat katanya..padahal belum makan siang loh, sampe gw disuruh makan siang duluan..hiks hiks..God please heal my husband..

My 1st School

Love to say, I already found my numero uno School! ..yeah this is the 1st time for me to join a " real" school as a Home Room Teacher for Kindergarten B ( before I worked as a Part time English Teacher at one of government school in Bandung) and Most, I really love to go back teaching, after more than one years deal with Business and Economic terms. Thanks God!

Well, the professional school that I join is Sekolah Mutiara Bangsa II in Tangerang, where I work hand in hand with my assistant Teacher Ms. Meti. This is also the new experience for me to have a workmate in teaching!

The class has around 14 students and there I will teach all subjects except Physical Education, Art and Craft and Mandarin. Because it combines the National and Singapore Curriculum, Every lesson are given in English so in the class the students and the teacher must speak English..it is really amazing to see that little children can communicate already in English and Mandarin!

Well I love to tell so many new things in my life. But most, I feel so blessed cause God already showed me his mercy. He gives me a Job in his Time which is the best for me. If He gave me earlier without being a time for learning to be a good house wife, I wouldn't be able to handle household things together as I do my job. Now, after I learned so much during my unemployment time, I am ready to be a Better wife whom never forget to take care his husband and do the best contribution to my school. Thanks God!
