New Year at Bandung

As usually, we went to my parents in law house and also the place where my hubby was born : Bandung to spend the new year. Actually we had a plan before to spend it in Pekanbaru, where my parents stay but due to my pregnancy, we must skip that plan for now

(bye-bye Jakarta and my hubby's extraordinary expression)

On January 1st, my parents in law held a Sabbath worship where all the church mates came at our house. There we had a worship and almost all my family gathered there. At the end, we had an exchange gift, where I got a drink bottle and tooth brush. My husband got a purple lunch box!

On the next day, we had a family morning worship where like usual, my parents in law gave an advice for each of us. He told us that He was really happy to see our happy marriage especially in waiting for the birth of Ucok, but He still adviced my husband to do sport everyday due to His big belly (yeah, as a Doctor, My Dad in law is really concern about health!)

Anyway, due to my belly, we did not go anywhere to spend the holiday, just stay at home and gathered together with so many food actually!!

Waah ga kerasa udah lama ga ngepost!.. Malahan ini jadi postingan pertama ditahun 2011 ini..I do miss this page actually.. tapi karna emang kondisi badan en seperti biasa tahun baru apalagi tahun ini tuh banyak yang speciaal banget, bikin ga sempat untuk duduk manis didepan lappy kaya gini!

Anyway, let's review my "journey" during the year end.>> as usually, we went to Bandung to gather with The Manullang's big family, and the special one before was : preparing my baby's stuff!! yeah!!

Because he was 28 weeks in last December, so it was the time to buy his first needs. Our first destination was Pasar Pagi Mangga Dua due to its cheap price and there we could find so many things from the local to the imported and many brands

Hmm i think thats enough for this post. I will post another complete one for each stories above.

Minggu 27 Kehamilan

Sekitar kehamilan minggu ke 27 ini bunda harus sedikit berhati-hati dengan semakin meningkatnya tekanan darah bunda. Apabila tekanan darah yang meningkat ini disebut dengan preeklamsia, hal ini harus diwaspadai karena dapat berakibat fatal terhadap bayi dan bunda.

Bunda harus berhati-hati apabila bunda mengalami pandangan mata yang kabur, berkeringat pada tangan dan wajah, meningkatnya berat badan secara tiba-tiba tanpa adanya peningkatan jumlah makanan, tiba-tiba bunda merasa pusing tanpa sebab. Sebaiknya hubungi dokter atau bidan untuk tindakan selanjutnya.

Sebaiknya semenjak awal kehamilan bunda tidak melewatkan pertemuan dengan dokter bunda, karena dari pertemuan dari dokter itulah tekanan darah bunda dapat terdeteksi.

Ada 2 kemungkinan yang mungkin dapat bunda lakukan apabila memang bunda memiliki tekanan darah tinggi, yang pertama adalah untuk beristirahat di rumah lebih banyak atau bunda akan beristirahat di rumah sakit dengan pengawasan yang ketat dari bayi bunda.

Otak si kecil sudah berkembang semakin baik dan sudah mulai dapat berpikir, mungkin bunda pun berpikir hal apakah yang dipikirkan bayi dalam kandungan? tetapi tetap disarankan untuk berbagi cerita, kebahagiaan, musik atau apapun dengannya. Bagaimanapun setiap bunda bercerita atau sah ayah bernyanyi, si kecil sudah mulai bisa mengenalinya karena minggu ke 27 ini jaringan ditelinganya mendekati sempurna.

Bayi mungil bunda mulai belajar bernafas walaupun dalam air, paru-parunya berlanjut berkembang untuk mempersiapkan bayi bernafas ketika sudah lahir.Kelopak matanya sudah mulai belajar membuka dan retina matanya telah terbentuk.

Berat umum bayi seusia si kecil 870-890 gram dengan tinggi badan 36-38 cm.

USG 3/4 D

Selasa kemaren, jadwal USG 3/4 Dimensi nya si Ucok. Dari satu hari sebelumnya, pihak Hermina udah nelpon, kasi tau kalo kita kebagian nomor antrian 2, jam setengah 11 pagi

Dokter yang meriksa namanya dr. Johan Widjaja, sonologist dari Hermina juga. Pas kita masuk, dokternya udah stand by ama data2 kehamilan gw selama ini. Dan Puji Tuhan dari hasil lab dan kontrol selama ini sih gak ditemukan masalah apa-apa dan itu yang mau kita lihat lebih jauh lagi dari hasil USG yang satu ini

Nah pertama kali langsung dilihatin muka si Ucok! ternyata doi lagi bubu nih. Satu tangannya ditekuk kebelakang dikepala sebelah kiri. Lucuuu banget!! kalo dari hasil fotonya sih, sepertinya mukanya bulet, bibir atas lancip dan jidat agak lebar sepertiiiiiiii Mommynya!!!! tapi kata Dokternya sih rata2 wajah bayi ya begini semua, jadi jangan tanya mirip syapa atau semacamnya, karna nanti kan bakalan berubah deh

O ya untuk body nya si Ucok ini, Dokter Johan langsung kasi komentar yang sama seperti Dokter kandungan kita, Binsar Sitompul pernah bilang waktu si Ucok umurnya 3 bulan : Badannya besar alias tulangnya panjang, terutama tulang kakinya

Terus pertumbuhannya juga Puji Tuhan bisa dibilang agak cepet, sampe Dokternya juga rada kaget waktu lihat si Ucok punya " testis" yang udah turun diusia 23 minggu 6 hari, walopun masih kecil, tapi biasanya "itu" turunnya nanti dibulan ke 24. Yaaa ga papalah ya Dok, rada curi start dikit yaa..hehe

Abis itu semua organ tubuhnya pun dilihat satu2, dari kepala, jantung yang terlihat jelas, mata,mulut, hidung, telinga, paru paru, testis sampe jari tangan dan kakinya. Sekali lagi Puji Tuhan sih semua sehat-sehat aja, nothing to be worried deh pokonya..sempat gemess banget liat jari2 tangan dan kakinya kaya telur cicak berderet lima biji!

O ya karna posisinya lagi tidur, tangan yang satunya ada yang ketutupan ama badannya, berhubung kita mau lihat panjang dan jari2 tangannya, Dokternya nyaranin gw untuk jalan2 dulu keluar sampe 10 menitan, kalo perlu pipis dulu supaya dia bisa muter dan kita bisa lihat. Jadi deh gw keluar dulu, jalan2 ama suami en pipis dulu sampe terasa ada gerakan walopun engga kenceng2 banget

Jadi deh kita masuk lagi dan diperiksa, pas ternyata dia udah gerak dikit, tangannya yang tadi tersembunyi pun udah bisa kelihatan. Puji Tuhan tulang, panjang dan jari2 tangan yang tadi gak kelihatan semuanya sehat

Nah berhubung posisinya lagi tiduran dan kakinya ditekuk, "Monas"nya pun ketutupan. Tapi dari testis yang udah keluar, Dokternya pun mastiin kalo doi ini emang si Ucok alias laki laki. senengnyaaa!!

O ya dengan berat sebesar 664 gram diakhir bulan ke lima ini, bisa dibilang Ucok ini punya tekstur badan yang besar, dimana normalnya kan sebesar 500-510 gram diusia segitu atau 610 gram di usia 24 minggu nanti ( weks.,gede jugaa yaa?? ). Tapi kata Dokternya sih ga papa, Doi juga ga masuk kriteria Kegendutan alias normal karna panjangnya juga diatas rata-rata. Jadi deh gak ada Pe- er untuk gendutin si Ucok. O ya kira2 nanti pun pas lahiran si ucok diprediksikan akan lahir dengan berat sekitar 3,5 kg

Nah Sekarang yang jadi masalah adalah berat badan gw!! gila aja selama bulan November BB nya naik 3 kg!!!!!!!!!!! 2 Kg ngelebihin target bo!!! Dokternya pun dengan terang2ngan menyatakan gw untuk ngerem nafsu makan gw supaya engga bengkak banget dan bisa ngelahirin dengan proses normal. Lagipula si Ucok Udah Gede, ga butuh "doping" lagi supaya bisa lahiran dengan BB Normal.

Untuk Review Dokternya, Dokter Johan orangnya ramah banget, sabar dan mau kasi advice banyak deh walopun doi bukan Dokter kandungan gw. trs orangnya juga suka ngelucu jadi gak bikin bosen. Seneng deh dia mau luangin waktu untuk layanin gw konsultasi soal nurunin BB walopun bukan tugasnya dia

Anyway kalo mau copy semua hasil USG bayi kita di CD, kita dikenakan biaya lima ribu Rupiah. Sedangkan kalo engga juga udah dapet 3 foto hasil USG : Presentasi pembuluh darah, kepala dan tentu aja yang bikin seneng : wajah si Bebi!!

Kehamilan Minggu 24

Pada umumnya pada minggu ke 24 kehamilan disarankan untuk melakukan tes gula darah, untuk mengetahui apakah bunda menderita diabetes pada kehamilan (Gestational Diabetes).

Diabetes pada kehamilan dapat menyebabkan bayi bunda lahir dengan berat badan yang tinggi yang membuat bunda harus melahirkan secara Caesar.

Apabila bunda mengalami diabetes pada kehamilan maka sebaiknya bunda langsung diawasi oleh dokter bunda. Ada kemungkinan diabetes pada kehamilan akan hilang setelah bunda melahirkan. Sehingga disarankan untuk melakukan tes kadar gula darah lagi setelah bunda melahirkan untuk menentukan apakah bunda menjadi penderita diabetes atau tidak.

Walaupun mungkin bunda tidak mengidap penyekit diabetes setelah melahirkan tetapi tetap disarankan untuk menjaga pola makan dan pola hidup sehat dikemudian hari untuk menghindari timbulnya Diabetes Mellitus dikemudian hari.

Kulit bayi pada saat ini masih tipis dan transparan, dan masih keriput tapi lapisan kulit bayi bunda sudah mulai terisi dengan lapisan lemak. Bayi bunda di minggu ini sudah mulai bisa merasakan setiap minuman yang di konsumsi oleh ibunya karena indera perasa bayi sudah mulai berkembang. Paru-parunya sudah mulai membentuk cabang dan saluran pernafasannya sudah mulai membentuk menyerupai pohon.

Berat badan bayi bunda sekita 600-610 gram dengan tinggi badan sekitar 30-32 cm.

Me Vs. Baju Hamil

Buat ibu hamil yang punya body super Small seperti saya, mungkin akan ngalamin hal yang sama waktu hamil: susah nyari baju hamil yang pas di badan, ga "tua banget" model en motifnya en GAK bikin tenggelam ( susah deh!)

Waktu awal kehamilan sih ga terlalu berasa ya, masih muat baju2 yang ukuran M.. eh masuk bulan ke 4, udah bingung karna baju2 yang ada udah ga muat lagi, terutama baju kemeja buat kerja. Sedangkan untuk celana, gw udah ganti celana karet model skinny ( tetep pengen terlihat "muda") warna item yang ada kancing2 di pinggang, jadi bisa dipake sampe agak gede perutnya. o ya harganya ga terlalu mahal, dibawah IDR 150.000 dan ada di Matahari Department Store, keluaran St Yves.

Nah untuk atasan atau baju, udah pasti dong dengan size "mini" kaya gini gw kesusahan nyari terusan yang pas banget dibadan. rata2 kan model2 baju hamil panjang dan rada "molor" sedangkan untuk body yang super mini itu, baju2 tadi kelihatan lebih mirip daster..yeah, no need pants anymore!

Yang paling susah adalah nyari baju hamil yang pas ukuran bahunya..gw paling anti kan ama baju atau atasan yang bagian bahunya rada kedodoran. jadi deh kita muterin beberapa Mall sampe ngubek2 maternity shop baik yang virtual store atau langsung jajalin toko2nya dan hasilnya nothing sampe beberapa minggu

Akhirnya mau ga mau, kita jajal tempat andalan kalo nyari sesuatu : Mangga Dua. Eh ternyata udah muterin beberapa toko dari yang jual produk lokal sampe produk impor sampe kaki pegel juga tetep aja bajunya pada kebesaran dong!

Naah akhirnya ada satu2 embak2 yang jaga salah satu maternity shop yang baju2nya lucu2 banget tapi sayang ga muat ditubuh saya ini nyaranin toko Merry di ITC Mangga Dua lantai III dimana doi adalah satu2nya Maternity Shop yang juga baju hamil dengan size yang beragam. So there we went

Finally kita nemuin juga Toko Merry nya and bener aja, dari depan sampe belakang udah dipajang jajaran baju2 hamil yang lucuuu2 banget..pas liat gw, embaknya langsung giring gw ke belakang, dimana baju2 hamil dengan size gw dipajang. There, gw sempat kalap bingung mau milih yang mana! everything looked great!

Yang bikin seneng, ukurannya bener2 pas di badan gw ( dengan ikatan belakang yang bisa disesuaikan sampe hamil 9 bulan) bagian bahunya pas abis, bahan dan warnanya juga fresh en ga tua kaya yang biasa..malahan banyak yang pake konsep Patchwork which I love so much! mau pake Legging atau celana panjang juga ok deh! gimana gw ga kalap coba waktu milihnya!

Akhirnya karna keterbatasan dana ( bahkan udah overbudget) gw cuma berhasil membujuk suami untuk borong 3 baju ( FYI, per piecesnya lumayan ngalahin yang ada di Mall : mulai dari IDR 175.000, tapi dengan bahan yang ga murahan : katun, ga panas, nyerap keringat dan ga perlu perawatan manja)

O ya selain terusan juga banyak dijual mini dress bahkan baju pesta buat ibu2 hamil dengan model yang bikin pengen "grauk" semuanya. Karna bukan mass production juga, untuk 1 model dan size hanya ada 1 stok untuk tiap warnanya, jadi kebayang kan kalo dateng pas lagi sepi stock bisa ga puas milihnya

So menurut gw cukup worthed untuk beli baju keluaran toko ini. Dengan harga segitu, kita udah bisa depetin baju2 dengan kualitas yang bagus dengan model yang lucu2 dan modis juga loh. Yang pasti ga terlihat "tua" dengan warna yang lembut kaya soft pink, blue atau pastel. Beneran deh kalo gw diajak belanja kesana lagi pasti deh ga nolak ( Berharap.com!)

23 weeks Pregnancy

This week your baby's length, from crown-to-rump, is approximately 8 inches! Your growing baby has finally reached one pound. Your baby is about the size of a small baby doll and looks very human. The baby's face and body look similar to that of a newborn at this time. Your uterus can be found about 1.5 inches above your navel. Your total weight gain should be approximately 15 pounds at this time.

You might notice some Braxton-Hicks contractions around this time. These contractions are not regular and they should not be painful. Braxton-Hicks contractions prepare your body for the upcoming labor and they will get stronger as your pregnancy progresses. You might be able to feel the contractions if you put your hand on your abdomen and your baby can probably feel the uterus gripping and massaging her. It will not harm your baby, so there is no need for concern.

Fat is still being deposited at a rapid rate, but your baby still looks red and wrinkled. Skin is being produced at a higher rate than the fat is, so the skin hangs loosely. Your baby looks red because the skin is losing its transparency and pigment is beginning to form. You should be feeling your baby moving quite a bit throughout the day as she will kick and punch the uterus walls. Babies also run their hands along the umbilical cord and touch their body parts while they are in the womb. Your baby now can suck her thumb for real, where she was just sticking it in her mouth. Your baby will continue to swallow amniotic fluid and recycle it as urine. The liquids and sugars that the baby retracts from the fluid is a supplement to the nutrients that the placenta delivers. You might be able to feel small `jumps` inside of you when your baby gets the hiccups from swallowing fluid. The pancreas is developing and it will responsible for insulin production, to help break down sugars.

Oily fish in your diet could help boost your baby's health. (Women who eat oily fish while pregnant have children with better visual development, a major study at Bristol University suggests.)

As the baby continues to grow, it has less space to move around in the uterus. Bones, muscles and organs are growing steadily.

22 Weeks Pregnancy

Your baby's crown-to-rump length is approximately 7.6 inches and your growing baby weighs about 12.25 ounces now! Your uterus is about 2 cm above your bellybutton and you probably feel comfortably pregnant. Your growing tummy is not yet large enough to get in the way and you should still be able to bend over and sit without much trouble. You might be enjoying your pregnancy more than ever at this point if morning sickness was an issue in the early weeks.

Your baby's body continues to grow and develop every day. The organ systems in your baby's body are becoming specialized for their particular functions. The fetal liver produces different enzymes than it will produce after delivery. The liver is responsible for breaking down billirubin, which is produced by the breaking down of blood cells. Because the life span of a fetal red blood cell is shorter than that of an adult, a fetus produces more billirubin than adults do. Billirubin passes from fetal blood to the placenta and then into your blood. Your liver helps get rid of fetal billirubin. A newborn baby that has high levels of billirubin may show signs of jaundice. Jaundiced babies have a yellowish tint to their eyes and skin and are often treated with phototherapy.

Your baby's senses are developing daily. The fetus now has a full complement of neurons in the brain and is learning about her body and surroundings through touch. Touch is one of the first senses to mature and your baby may stroke its face or feel her arms and legs.

Your blood volume has increased more to meet the demands of your pregnancy. Most of the increase is in the form of plasma, the liquid part of your blood. This has the ability to dilute your blood and give you physiological anemia, which occurs during pregnancy. The measure of blood dilution is called Hematocrit and the levels reach their lowest points this week. You should check with your doctor to make sure you are not developing more serious forms of anemia.

Your baby now shows an extremely rapid brain growth (which lasts until five years after birth).

The ovaries of female fetuses contain primitive egg cells, all of the eggs a woman will have for her entire life. The uterus of female fetuses is also fully formed.

21 weeks pregnancy

Your baby's blood circulation is completely functional. The umbilical cord system continues to grow and thicken as blood travels with considerable force through the body to nurture the baby. The placenta is now almost equal in size to the baby.

Your baby will be getting much larger during the second half of your pregnancy. Your baby's crown-to-rump length at this time is 7.2 inches and she weighs approximately 10.5 ounces. Your growing baby is about the size of a large banana. You should be able to feel your uterus about a half of an inch above your navel. Your weight gain so far will be around 10 to 15 pounds.

As your baby begins to lay down more fat, your weight will also increase. During the next 10 weeks, you will gain about half of the total gain for your entire pregnancy. Strangers can now tell that you are pregnant! You might notice an increase in appetite because you need 500 more calories a day to support your charged up metabolism. It is best to avoid processed foods or foods high in fat, calories or sugar. Some women also get strong cravings for foods. If you notice a craving for something unhealthy, you should contact your doctor. Craving for unusual things is known as pica. Some women crave cigarette ashes, charcoal, beer and other non-food items during this time.

Your baby's different organs and systems are maturing. The fetal digestive system is functioning in a simple way and your baby can swallow amniotic fluid. After your baby swallows the amniotic fluid, she is able to absorb water and sugars from the fluid and then the waste is passed as far as the large bowel. Your baby swallows the amniotic fluid in order to prepare itself for life outside of the womb. Some babies consume as much as 17 ounces of amniotic fluid in a 24-hour period. Your baby already has a high number of red blood cells and the white blood cells are beginning to be produced. Taste buds are being formed on your baby's tongue this week also.

Don't be surprised if your legs and feet become swollen throughout the day. You should try to get off of your feet some throughout the day and prop your legs up. If you notice a substantial amount of swelling, you should contact your healthcare provider for evaluation.

20 weeks pregnancy

Congratulations! This week marks the half way point of your pregnancy. It has been 18 weeks since the date of conception and your baby's crown-to-rump length is 5.6 to 6.4 inches. The fetus weighs about 9 ounces and your belly definitely has an obvious bulge. Your waistline has expanded and is no longer visible. Your uterus has now moved up enough that it is pushing your abdomen outwards. The top of your uterus is even with or just below your navel.

For the remainder of your pregnancy, the growing uterus puts pressure on your lungs, stomach and kidneys. This will make you feel short of breath, the need to urinate more frequently and can cause indigestion. The added pressure on your abdomen can also cause your bellybutton to protrude and cause an `outy` instead of an `inny`. Many pregnant women begin to notice stretch marks around this time as well. Your abdominal muscles are being stretched and pushed apart as your baby grows inside of you.

Your baby's skin begins to thicken this week and will develop four layers. Your baby's sebaceous glands secrete a waxy substance called vernix caseosa. Your baby will be born with this wax and it will look like paste. The vernix caseosa is crucial because it protects the fetus' fragile skin from the continuous immersion in amniotic fluid. Lanugo hairs secure the vernix caseosa in place and it is thick around the eyebrows. Scalp hair and toenails are beginning to form at this point. Hair can also be seen on the upper lip and eyebrows.

Around twenty weeks, most doctors will order a routine ultrasound to check the baby's development. Measurements will be taken and the sonogram technician will check to make sure there are no defects or abnormalities. Your ultrasound technician can also see how long your cervix is and can tell you approximately how much your baby weighs at this time. Most expectant women also find out the sex of their baby during this time! If your sonographer does not offer pictures, ask them for a copy of the photos.

Roemah Kebun Bandung

These Pictures were taken when we had a holiday in Bandung with our lovely nephew, Tabitha. We went to have a lunch at Roemah Kebun on Riau Street, Bandung

The food that offered there was not quite different from other venue in Bandung. Customer could enjoy traditional Sunda food or western food such us steak or lasagna. We chose Ayam Goreng kremes, Tahu goreng and Lalapan.

The special concept of this restaurant was the outdoor area. There was a big pond in the center contained big and pretty fishes. The costumer could stay and play close to the fishes. That was why the kids, and also my nephew was so excited to play there

First Kicks

His First kick appear at least two weeks ago but I could feel it clear since a week ago. The first one happened when I was laid on my bed and talked to my baby. I felt something smooth but sure like a heavy gas inside my tummy. It happened only once but so clear enough.

Then since this week, His kicks often visit us, especially at night, when we have our quality time after one single working day. yes, He could kick me once, then come again after a few minutes or twice for a second! it is so surprised!!!

Since this two days, his movements and kicks appear often and harder than before. He also always kicks me early in the morning, so at least by 5. am I will wake up because that kicks. We always spend this time together by talking to each other after saying a morning prayer. Yes, for a few minutes, He will send me some of his best kicks to start the day!

Then after He finishes to say hello and good morning to me, I will do my morning task, such us preparing the breakfast and lunch. The baby usually visits me again to have a quality time together around 3 pm, where we have our nap together, before He meets his daddy at night

His Daddy always try to hear that kick also, by putting his hand or ear on my tummy, where he kicks before. But for this time, the kicks are only suitable for mommy and the baby, He would save the bigger kick for his daddy for a weeks to go!!

Kontrol Ke 5

Di kontrol kali ini, posisi si baby yang umurnya 19 minggu 6 hari ini "lain dari biasanya" kalo tiap kontrol selama ini doi pilih "diintip" dengan posisi normal I mean Kaya orang berdiri dengan tubuh bagian depan menyapa layar, sekarang doi pilih mamerin diri dengan posisi duduk "agak" angkat kaki ( hayyaaa..lagi santai ya baby?) hehe...lucuu banget ngeliatnya dengan kaki yang agak sedikit ditekuk...soo amazing!!

O ya kali ini otak dan tulang kepalanya udah kelihatan, Puji Tuhan gak ada kelainan..trs tadi juga udah bisa diintip bagian dalam kepalanya, kaya otak kiri dan kanan yang kata Dokternya berbentuk kaya Mickey Mouse ( halah!) tadinya kita ga nyangka loh kalo USG 2 dimensi ini juga bisa mencakup bagian dalam otak tadi

Selain yang diatas tadi kita juga udah bisa liat bagian dada kaya jantung, paru-paru trs tangan dan juga kakinya..sekali lagi Puji Tuhan all the body parts are so blessed! Detak jantung juga 150, ga ad kelainan sama sekali

Karna posisinya kali ini "jual mahal" untuk nunjukin daerah Privacy-nya, " Monas" ( skali lagi ini bahasa Dokternya) nya ga bisa kelihatan deh..but its okay walopun si emak nya ini tetep pengeen mastiin lagi ( dasar nih ga pernah puas)

Berat badannya juga lumayan naik banyak, udah mencapai 325 gr. Malahan Mommy-nya yang "kecolongan", BB yang ditargetin cuma naik 1 kg, malah kelebihan dikit nih, walopun kata Dokternya masih normal dan pas, tapi rasanya udah ketakutan aja "bengkak" dari sekarang

Last, untuk kontrol ke 6 nanti, kita mau jajal yang namanya USG 3/4D. Pendaftaran sih udah dimulai abis kontrol tadi dan jadwalnya jatoh ditanggal 23 November nanti...penasaran euy, pengen liat si Baby lebih jelas lagi..!!!

Kehamilan 18 Minggu

Kehamilan juga dapat menimbulkan keluhan sulit tidur. Hal ini dapt terjadi karena bunda jadi sering berkemih di malam hari atau perut bunda sudah mulai membesar yang membuat bunda sedikit sulit dengan posisi tidur karena sudah mulai merasakan ada rasa mengganjal.

Posisi tidur pada saat kehamilan cukup mengganggu, tapi hal ini hanya akan berlangsung selama beberapa minggu yang selanjutnya akan lebih terbiasa. Mengurangi kesulitan tidur pada saat kehamilan bisa dilakukan dengan mengubah posisi tidur yang lebih nyaman.

Posisi tidur yang disarankan adalah tidur dengan posisi miring ke arah kiri dan menyelipkan bantal diantara kaki. Selain posisi tidur tersebut mungkin bunda juga dapat merubah ke arah lain atau menggunakan guling sebagai alternatif. Lambat laun bunda akan menemukan posisi tidur yang nyaman buat bunda.

Sebelum tidur juga sebaiknya mengurangi jumlah asupan zat cair, tetapi pengurangan ini dalam porsi yang wajar dan tidak menyebabkan bunda dehidrasi, atau usahakan untuk melakukan olah raga di siang hari karena olah raga yang teratur akan membuat peredaran darah lebih lancar dan mudah tidur.

Bunda sudah mulai dapat merasakan tendangan dari bayi bunda, pada minggu ke 18 ini tangan dan kaki bayi sudah mulai bergerak secara fleksibel. Apabila bayi bunda laki-laki maka kelaminnya sudah dapat terlihat, sedangkan apabila bayi bunda perempuan, rahimnya dan tube fallopinya terbentuk. Pada kulit luar bayi akan terbentuk suatu lapisan tipis yang akan melindunginya selama bayi mengambang di amniotic fluid (ketuban) atau yang disebut dengan vernix.

Berat badan bayi bunda sudah mencapai 190-200 gram dengan tinggi badan 14-15 cm.

Minggu 19 Kehamilan

Pening ataupun juga bisa bunda rasakan di minggu ke 19 ini. Pening ini bisa terjadi karena tekanan akibat melebarnya jaringan darah di urat rahim bunda. Selain itu, posisi yang tiba-tiba bangun akan menimbulkan perubahan aliran darah di otak seiring dengan perubahan posisi secara tiba-tiba. Rasa pening ini terjadi apabila bunda bangun dari posisi tidur secara tiba-tiba atau kelaparan dan kehausan, kepanasan (berendam di air panas terlalu lama atau berjalan di luar dengan panas terik), kurang darah (anemia).

Apabila bunda mengalami pening setelah bangun dari tidur maka sebaiknya apabila bunda bangun dari posisi tidur atau tiduran sebaiknya tidak langsung berdiri, melainkan bangun terlebih dahulu, lalu duduk sebentar, lalu letakkan kaki disamping tempat tidur, baru kemudian bangun.

Namun apabila keluan pening muncul karena kurang darah maka langsung konsumsi suplemen tambahan atau makanan yang mengandung zat besi. Kehamilan di minggu ke 19 bayi sudah mulai dapat melakukan kegiatan tidur seperti layaknya bayi yang telah lahir. Apabila bayi yang di kandung adalah bayi perempuan maka ovarium bayi sudah mulai terdapat sel telurnya. Selanjutnya, ginjal bayi terus bekerja yang juga mengeluarkan urin. Akar dari rambut bayi sudah mulai berkembang.

Berat badan bayi bunda 300-400 gram dengan tinggi badan 16-15 cm.

Kontrol Ke 4

Waktu kontrol yang ke-4 kemaren, ada yang lebih spesial karna kelamin si kecil udah "bisa" terprediksi. Ini dia yang bikin harap2 cemas, selain penasaran dengan perkembangan si bayi mungil.

Sebelumnya, berbagai tebak2 buah manggis juga berdatangan, dari yang bilang pasti bayinya cowo karna gw keliatan lebih jelek sejak hamil ( haduh sedih juga ya, ) eh ternyata berubah lagi pasca gw gunting rambut. pada bilang makin cakep, pasti anaknya cewe ( halah! ) trs ada orang tua murid yang bilang kulit gw jadi mulus, pasti cewe nih anaknya ( padahal kayanya kulit gw gini2 aja deh sejak dulu) lucunya ada rekan kerja yang liat dari "buah dada" gw yang kayanya "numbuh"nya pesat sejak hamil, berbanding terbalik ama kondisi doi dulu yang akhirnya ngelahirin anak perempuan. okelah, sedikit realistis..hehe

Belum lagi rekaan dari mertua dan mama, semuanya mengarah ama "sejarah" keluarga kita yang minus anak dari gender tertentu. Pokonya semua rekaan bikin dag dig dug juga..mana yanng bener ya??

Back to the topic, dua minggu yang lalu waktu kontrol itu si bayi umurnya ada di minggu ke 15 6 hari, beratnya udah 144 gram dengan tinggi pas 100 cm. Nah menurut Dokter, si bayi ini cenderung agak panjang dan besar. Itu juga terlihat waktu kita baca2 perkembangan bayi di website and majalah yang pada bilang diusia segitu dengan berat dan panjangnya, si bayi cenderung gede. sepertinya sih mengikuti rangka Papa nya yang "guede", berbanding terbalik ama Mama nya ini

O ya waktu dia diUSG, si baby kecil kita lagi berusaha menghisap ibu jarinya, tapi karna belum bisa, posisi tangan kecilnya cuma nyander di kepala bagian depan ( belum bisa gerakin jarinya) so kata dokternya kaya lagi posisi orang ngomong : cape deh!! hihihi sooo cute!

Trs doi juga udah ga "Malu" nunjukin "jati diri" alias showed his gender. Posisinya membuka lebar selangkangan, seakan tau kalo kita udah pengen ngintip "itu"nya. Akhirnya pasca nunjukin daerah "privacy" si bebi, Dokter pun dengan keyakinan 90% menyatakan kalo si bebi berjenis kelamin Laki Laki alias si Ucok, kata Dokternya. what a nice surprised!!

Anyway, Thanks God bayi kita sehat2 dan berkembang pesat. Mungkin at the next control kita mau coba USG 4D untuk lihat lebih jelas figur si bayi. rasanya ga sabaar banget untuk ngintip lagi si bayi kecil!!

My 25th Birthday

This is the small celebration of my 25th birthday on September 24th. Different from last year now we had a another wishes and expectations : the born of our beloved baby

Anyway, I had no plan for my day due to my conditions ( I was not fit enough to go somewhere far from home) so that was why we just decided to have a dinner at one of my favorite vendor near our flat : Pizza Hut

So I waited for the coming of my husband at that nite. But beyond of my expectations, he came home with something special that I had thought before : My Birthday Cake! I was so surprised!

Then We postponed the dinner Plan for the day after. So My guy made that special celebration. We sang Happy birthday, I blew the candle after said my wish, prayed together and eat that lovely cake! yummy

I was soo happy at that nite for that surprised. I never thought my hubby would do that lovely things because He is not that kind of a "surprised giver" husband!. hehe..

17 Weeks Pregnancy

Your baby's weight has doubled in two weeks and now weighs about 3.5 ounces! The crown-to-rump length of your growing baby is 4.4 to 4.8 inches. If you spread your hand out opened wide, you can see about how big your baby is.

Your uterus is moving up and is now approximately 1.5 to 2 inches below your navel. You are showing more now and there is a noticeable swelling in your abdomen. At this point in your pregnancy, a 5 to 10 pound weight gain is normal. Other people can probably feel the difference in your lower abdomen if they were to rub your tummy. To be the most comfortable, you should be wearing maternity clothes or clothing that is too large for you. You may have felt your baby move already. However, you might not feel it move every day at this point. As your pregnancy progresses, movements become stronger and more frequent. Feeling your baby move can help reassure you that your baby is doing well. You might also notice that your gums or nose bleed occasionally. This is from the increased blood volume that puts pressure on small blood vessels and capillaries.

Huge changes continue to take place within your developing baby. This week fat begins to form and will continue to do so until he is born. Fat is important to the body's heat production and metabolism. Right now, at 17 weeks, water makes up about 3 ounces and fat 0.018 ounces of your baby's body. In a baby at term, fat makes up about 5.25 pounds of the total average weight of 7.7 pounds. The placenta is continuing to grow at an amazing rate. The placenta will continue to develop in tandem with the fetus and it will weigh more than a pound at birth! The eyes are facing more forward. The ears are now close to their final position.

Apabila bunda sudah terbiasa melakukan olah raga secara teratur sebelum hamil, sebaiknya tetap pertahankan kebiasaan olah raga tersebut, karena pada minggu ke 17 kehamilan ini, bunda akan merasa tubuh mulai tidak proporsional lagi ataupun akan merasa bunda menjadi lebih berat. Kegiatan olah raga ini juga sangat bermanfaat bagi bayi dan tubuh bunda.

Tubuh akan lebih berenergi, dan memperbaiki kualitas tidur karena olah raga dapat memperlancar peredaran darah bunda, mengurangi pegal-pegal dipersendian tubuh bunda atau kelelahan punggung. Olah raga yang dapat bunda lakukan selama kehamilan adalah olah raga yang ringan antara lain: jalan kaki dengan kecepatan yang cukup, bersepeda dengan kecepatan yang cukup, yoga, renang (tetapi harus diperhatikan suhu air yang tidak terlalu panas atau terlalu dingin), melakukan stretching dan relaksasi.

This is a non-invasive test and it carries no risk to your developing baby. Most doctors will offer the test, but in most cases it is completely optional.

Your milk glands start production at this time and this causes some tenderness and swelling in early pregnancy. Your veins will become more visible because there is an increased amount of blood flowing to the breasts.

Five and a half inches tall and only six ounces in weight. The child can grasp with his hands, kick, or even somersault.

At this time, your baby is holding her head erect. Because her muscles are developing, she can make some faces now. Your baby is able to squint, frown and open its mouth. There is enough calcium in the bones that they will show up on an x-ray. Your baby's fingernails are well formed now and the legs are longer than the arms. Hidung tersumbat tanpa disertai sakit flu juga mungkin terjadi di masa kehamilan. Terjadinya keadaan ini biasanya terjadi karena peningkatan hormon hormon progesteron dan estrogen yang menimbulkan peningkatan dan pelebaran aliran darah di tubuh ke jaringan membran mucose di hidung yang menyebabkan hidung menjadi lebih lemah, lembut dan berair.

Selain itu apabila bunda memang mempunyai kecenderungan alergi, maka selama kehamilan alergi bunda juga mungkin akan menjadi lebih parah atau mungkin bunda menjadi lebih sensitif/alergi pada saat hamil dibandingkan pada saat bunda sebelum hamil terutama terhadap bebauan yang kuat seperti asap pembakaran, bau masakan, asap rokok.

Apabila bunda mengalami hidung tersumbat tanpa disertai dengan flu bunda dapat menggunakan nasal spray yang bukan bersifat obat tetapi yang terbuat dari air garam. Selain itu bunda dapat juga menggunakan uap air untuk beberapa menit saja sampai hidung tidak tersumbat. Konsumsi-lah vitamin C karena vitamin ini dapat memperkuat jaringan kapiler. Selama bunda menggunakan vitamin C sebaiknya gunakan dosis kecil atau sesuai dengan petunjuk dokter.

Kepala bayi bunda sudah semakin kuat, dan kuping dari bayi bunda sudah tepat di posisi samping kepala. Bunda sudah mulai bisa memperdengarkan lagu Klasik kepada calon bayi bunda agar bayi bunda lebih relax. Sistem tubuh dari bayi bunda sudah mulai bekerja termasuk sistem kandung kemihnya yang sudah bisa berkemih lebih sering. Jantungnya sudah mulai bekerja untuk memompa darah ke seluruh tubuhnya. Fase ini bayi bunda sudah belajar untuk bernafas.

Some babies are born with little or no hair and others have a head full of hair! If you have an ultrasound at this point, you might be able to see your baby sucking its thumb. Even though the eyes continue to move to the front of the face, they are still widely separated. Your baby's ears look like normal ears and continue to develop externally. The bones that have already formed continue to get harder and retain calcium. The baby is very mobile and flexible at this point. She can bend her arms at the elbows and wrists and she can also make a fist with her hands.

Berhati-hatilah dengan kembalinya energi bunda yang hilang bersamaan dengan kembalinya nafsu makan bunda bahkan beberapa wanita justru lebih merasa mudah lapar. Sebaiknya bunda mulai menyadari untuk tidak ngemil untuk mengurangi rasa lapar.

Bunda dapat menggantikan makanan yang tinggi kalori dan tidak bernutrisi dengan makanan yang bernutrisi seperti apabila bunda mempunyai kebiasaan ngemil gorengan, ubahlah dengan ngemil buah-buahan, atau apabila bunda menyukai makan coklat cobalah untuk membuat minuman susu rendah lemak dengan ditambahkan sedikit bubuk coklat.

The position of the top of the uterus will continue to gradually move up your abdomen, from beneath the pubic line to above your navel. Maternity clothes are probably necessary now. You might also experience hemorrhoids, which are painful dilated blood vessels around or inside the anus.

At this time, your baby's face is becoming more developed. The cheeks and bridge of his nose appear and the ears move from the sides of his neck to much higher on his head. The eyes continue to come closer together. A big development from this week onward is the development of lanugo. Lanugo is the fine hair that grows over almost your entire baby. The hairs grow in whirled patterns that follow the grain of his skin. These patterns later give way to your baby's fingerprints. The lanugo will be shed before birth and replaced by thicker, coarser hairs. Your baby's thyroid gland has matured and starts to produce hormones. At this point of your pregnancy, there is a steady flow of pregnancy hormones in your bloodstream. Your body will adjust to the changes and morning sickness might stop and other early symptoms will begin to ease. You are losing your waist and your clothing is probably fitting snugly.

There is a milky membrane that surrounds your baby. It is pierced by the umbilical cord and is made up of two layers, which are fused together. The sockets for all twenty teeth are formed in the gums, and vocal cords are beginning to form.

Kehamilan 13 Minggu

Kehamilan di minggu 13 bunda mungkin akan merasakan nyeri di ulu hati, hal ini bisa terjadi terutama pada kehamilan pertama. Rasa nyeri di ulu hati ini dapat disebabkan karena adanya perubahan hormon progesteron ataupun adanya perubahan secara fisik dari tubuh bunda sendiri, yaitu dari membesarnya rahim bunda hingga menekan perut ke arah atas dan menimbulkan peningkatan asam ke esophagus.

Rasa nyeri di ulu hati dapat bunda diminimalisasi dengan mengurangi makanan yang berminyak, makan yang terlalu banyak, mengatur pola makan sehari 6 kali dengan porsi yang sedikit daripada makan 3 kali sehari dengan porsi yang besar, menghindari memakai pakaian yang terlalu ketat.

Tangan mungil bayi bunda sudah mulai berfungsi dan sudah mulai bisa menaruh jempol-nya di mulutnya tetapi belum dapat menghisapnya karena otot jaringan untuk menghisap belum berfungsi. Bunda tidak perlu takut bayi bunda akan kelaparan dan tidak ada warung karena di minggu ke 13 ini bayi bunda sudah dapat menyerap makanan dan mendapatkan oksigen melalui plasenta. Si kecil sudah mulai bisa menundukan kepala karena lehernya semakin panjang.

Ukuran rata-rata bayi di usia kehamilan minggu ke 13 sudah seberat 23-24 gram dengan tinggi 7,4-7,5 cm.

Kitchen Set Taksiran

Iseng liat2 gambar kitchen set untuk tempat tinggal kami nanti, ( Mudah2an sebelum lahiran udah bisa pindah en uang untuk sewa bisa ditabung) akhirnya nemu model kitchen set yang super duper minimalis, berhubung tempat tinggal kita nanti juga sangat kecil dan minim tempat..hehe

So kitchen setnya nanti milihnya udah pasti yang ga banyak makan tempat, tapi cukup efektif dan efisien untuk nyimpen perkakas dapur ( secara bukan nyombong, perkakas dapur gw lumayan lengkap sampai oven dan mixer juga udah ada: hadiah dari mertua dan mama yang alhasil jarang dipake dan makan banyak tempat )

Nah kira2 seperti ini aja sih, atasannya cukup untuk nyimpen perkakas tadi, bawahnya buat wastafel dan kompor aja udah cukup, secara rumahnya super duper kecil. Untungnya kita udah punya meja makan yang tinggal disambungin ke kitchen set nanti sekalian ngebatesin dapur yang juga jadi ruang makan ama ruang tamu

soal warna sih sukanya yang putih kaya gambar pertama. cuma udah pasti repot bersihinnya apalagi untuk orang pemales seperti saya ini..hehe..so optionnya sih klo engga putih ya coklat muda, disesuain ama warna meja makan kita

but so far this is still a plan.. hope that we can make it true at the rite time. soal vendor, berhubung budet kecil ya pilih vendor dan merek yang biasa ajalah, yang murmer tapi ga bikin sebel..hehe

Kontrol ke 3 ( 11 Minggu 6 Hari)

Selasa, 31 Agustus kemaren kita check lagi ke Obgyn untuk yang ke 3 kalinya.. O ya sehari sebelumnya sempat ketakutan karna pas pipis keluar flek..langsung deh besoknya izin ga masuk kerja dan kebetulan emang jadwal kontrol kita

Soal Flek, kata dokernya itu karna kecapean, soalnya emang kemaren 1 harian kita jalan ke Central Park untuk nyari mesin cuci en emang sih sampe besoknya pegelnya masih kerasa. Padahal dulu waktu belum hamil mah 2 hari non stop ngitarin mall juga Hayuk! hehe

Anyway, babynya udah kelihatan "bentuknya" ( karna sebelumnya masih ga jelas, terutama bagi saya yang agak2 "lama" mikirnya, cuma suami yang udah "nyambung" ama dokternya) umurnya udah 11 minggu 6 hari. panjangnya udah 4,7 cm, ( kt dokternya sih kakinya udah panjang) trs udah ditunjukin matanya, en tangannya udah bisa gerak, tinggal nunggu pembentukan tulang kepalanya

Nah lucunya, si baby kan pertamanya diem aja tuh, trs sempat ketutup ama ketuban ( if I am not mistaken ya) trs diapain gitu ama dokternya, sampe dia kelihatan jelas, eeh dia langsung kaya lompat2, trs tangannya naik turun keatas!! lucuu bangett!! kata dokternya dia lagi seneng, makanya tangannya naik turun!! soo AmAzing!!!!! mungkin dia seneng karna lagi diliatin ya ama mom and dad!!

O ya Detak Jantungnya juga udah lebih jelas terdengar dari yang kemaren, kt dokter juga kondisinya sehat, smoga terus berkembang ya nak..sekarang juga udah disaranin baca2 majalah atau buku2 parenting..Thanks God for this miracle. Please be with us during this adventure !

12 weeks pregnancy

Even though you won't be able to feel your baby moving at this time, you can stimulate him and he will squint, open his mouth and move his fingers or toes.

By the end of this week, your uterus is too large to remain completely in your pelvis. You might be able to feel your uterus above your pubic bone. The uterus will continue to grow throughout your pregnancy and will return to its usual size within a few weeks after delivery. Before pregnancy, the uterus is almost solid and holds less than 0.3 ounces. During pregnancy, your uterus will become a thin-walled, muscular container that will hold the fetus, amniotic fluid and placenta. Before pregnancy, the uterus weighs approximately 2.5 ounces and when your baby is born, it will weigh almost 40 ounces!

Because most of the structures are already formed at this point, few will be formed after this time. The structures will continue to grow and develop throughout the remainder of your pregnancy. Your baby's skeletal system now has centers if bone formation in most of the bones. The digestive system is capable of making contractions that push food through the bowels and it is also able to absorb sugar. The pituitary gland beginning to make hormones. You will probably be able to hear your baby's heartbeat with a Doppler at this time!

This week may be the first week that you begin to feel better! Morning sickness often tends to improve or diminish at this time. You may begin to show slightly, especially if this is not your first pregnancy. You will feel more comfortable in loose clothing, such as maternity clothes. In addition to your tummy getting larger your breasts, hips, legs and sides may be getting bigger also.

Your baby develops reflexes and the skin is very sensitive.
The brain is fully formed, and the child can feel pain. the baby may even suck his thumb. The eyelids now cover the eyes, and will remain shut until the seventh month to protect the delicate optical nerve fibers.

11 weeks pregnancy

Your baby continues to grow and is now approximately the size of a large lime! The crown-to-rump length of your developing child is 1.75 to 2.4 inches. The weight of the fetus is approximately 8 grams at this point. The growth of your baby is phenomenal now and your baby's length will double in the next three weeks. The head is grossly out of proportion and is almost half of the baby's length.

You are almost at the end of your first trimester and while changes continue to occur quickly in your baby, they are happening at a slower rate in you. Your uterus has been growing with the fetus inside of it and is now almost big enough to fill your pelvis. Your uterus may be able to be felt in your lower abdomen, above the middle of your pubic bone. You are not able to feel the baby moving inside of you at this time. Some women think that they have felt their baby moving now, but it is either gas or a wrongly dated pregnancy. You might also be noticing changes in your hair, fingernails, or skin around this time. You are burning up calories at a faster rate than you did before you became pregnant! The amount of blood being pumped around your body will increase and you might feel warmer than usual.

This is the last week of the embryonic period. From now on, your baby will be called a fetus. Your baby's fingernails appear this week! External genitalia are beginning to show distinguishing features and the development of male or female will be complete in three weeks. The placenta's blood vessels increase to provide your baby with the nutrients and oxygen he needs for continued growth. Your baby's ears are gradually moving from the neck towards the sides of his head. Inside of your baby's abdomen, the intestines are developing. Because the intestines are so large, some of them project into the umbilical cord and they will return to the abdomen within the next week or two.

At the size of a plumb, your baby is now able to swallow. The urinary system functions. The baby swallows and urinates the amniotic fluid and the fluid is continually replaced. The baby is kicking but the mother cannot feel it yet. All vital organs are formed and, for the most part, function normally. From now on, they will grow in size and efficiency.

As a preparation for breastfeeding, your baby now has learned to swallow. Babies swallow amniotic fluid in the uterus.

Kehamilan minggu ke 11

Memasuki minggu ke 11, beberapa wanita umumnya memiliki keluhan seputar sakit kepala, misalnya pusing-pusing atau migrain. Hal ini adalah sesuatu yang normal terjadi karena adanya perubahan peningkatan hormon pada tubuh wanita. Perubahan peningkatan hormon wanita ini juga mendukung timbulnya stress, atau kelelahan.

Untuk mengurangi sakit kepala yang bunda alami, disarankan untuk melakukan kegiatan yang ringan seperti melakukan yoga atau meditasi atau mengirup udara segar sambil melihat pepohan dengan hembusan angin yang sepoi-sepoi, lebih banyak beristirahat dan tidur yang cukup. Tetapi ingat bunda� jangan terlalu sering tidur, untuk mencegah kemungkinan munculnya keluhan sakit kepala akibat kebanyakan tidur.

Buatlah perasaan bunda senyaman mungkin dengan lingkungan sekitar.

Struktur tubuh dan organ dari bayi bunda sudah mulai berfungsi, jemari tangan dan kaki bayi bunda sudah mulai terpisah dan sudah menjadi bentuk sempurna tangan dan kaki yang lengkap dengan kuku yang juga sudah mulai tumbuh, ditambah lagi rambutnya pun mulai tumbuh.

Pada minggu ke 11 ini jenis kelamin bayi bunda mulai terbentuk sebagai laki-laki atau perempuan. Seiring bekerjanya organ bayi bunda, bekerja pula ginjalnya dengan menghasilkan cairan amniotic (terdiri dari air) dan urin.

Fase minggu ke 11 ini bayi berat bayi bunda 7-8 gram dengan tinggi 4,1-4,2 cm.

Kehamilan Minggu ke 10

Minggu ke 10 kehamilan, bunda akan lebih merasakan peningkatan nafsu makan bunda, bahkan terkadang bunda terbangun tengah malam karena bunda ingin mengkonsumsi makanan atau minuman tertentu. Beberapa wanita bahkan merasakan adanya dorongan untuk terus menerus makan.

Bunda tentu tidak menginginkan bentuk tubuh bunda menjadi sangat membesar karena memanjakan keinginan besar untuk terus makan atau ngemil, maka kita perlu mensiasati untuk mengurangi asupan yang berlebihan akibat peningkatan pada nafsu makan sehingga perlu disiasati dengan hal-hal sebagai berikut;
1. Memulailah untuk mengganti cemilan tinggi lemak dengan mengkonsumsi buah-buahan yang kaya akan serat
dan vitamin seperti apel, jeruk, mangga, strawberry;
2. Minumlah susu sebagai tambahan kalsium buat bayi bunda;
3. Kurangi cemilan yang tinggi lemak dan kalori tapi sedikit nutrisi atau makanan yang berminyak seperti gorengan;
4. Banyaklah minum air putih dan kurangi minuman yang mengandung gula tinggi untuk menghindari tingginya kadar gula
dalam darah. Apabila bunda sedang berjalan-jalan dipanas terik bunda boleh meminum air dingin tetapi diusahakan
mengkonsumsi air putih bukan air minum kemasan dingin yang mengandung kadar gula cukup tinggi;
5. Mengkonsumsi karbohidrat kompleks yang biasanya terdapat pada beras merah, roti gandum.

Si kecil kini sudah berkembang secara komplit, dan ukuran kepalanya sudah mendekati setengah dari ukuran kepala bayi yang telah lahir, dan kelopak mata bayi bunda sudah mulai berkembang.

Selanjutnya pada fase ini, buah hati bunda sudah mulai mendapatkan nutrisi dari plasenta yang sudah bekerja. Jemari mungil tangan dan kakinya sudah dilengkapi dengan kuku yang masih sangat lembut.

Ukuran rata-rata bayi di minggu ke 10 sudah sepanjang 3,2 cm dan berat sekitar 5 gram.

Kehamilan 9 minggu

Kehamilan di minggu ke 9, 10, 11 pada dasarnya hanya berbeda sedikit dengan masa kehamilan sebelumnya, hanya saja pada masa-masa kehamilan di 3 minggu ini bunda merasakan gejala-gejala seperti yang terjadi di 3 bulan sebelumnya lumayan berkurang.

Minggu ke 9 kehamilan bunda masih tetap harus melakukan beberapa tes kesehatan dan test darah tapi penekanan tes di minggu ke 9 lebih ke kondisi kesehatan ibu untuk mendukung kehamilan. Tes tersebut antara lain:
1. Tes urine untuk menentukan kadar gula dan protein bunda;
Hal ini untuk menentukan apakah bunda mengalami gestation diabetes atau diabetes yang dialami pada saat hamil
dan akan hilang bersamaan pada saat bunda melahirkan, ataupun bunda penderita diabetes sebelum kehamilan.
Keadaan tersebut harus lebih diperhatikan dan didampingi oleh dokter spesialis.
2. Pengukuran berat badan dan tekanan darah bunda;
3. Detak jantung pada bayi bunda

Minggu ke 9 kehamilan bayi bunda sudah mulai bergerak tetapi bunda belum dapat merasakan gerakan bayi bunda, akar rambut pada bayi bunda sudah mulai terbentuk, ia mulai mengepalkan tangannya, dan bayi bunda sudah bisa membuat sidik jari di Hall of Fame di tubuh bunda.

Happy Birthday to the head of our little family!

Friday, August 13th 2010 was my hubby's big day and we celebrated it just two of us on Thursday nite ( based on our belief that the beginning of a day is at 6 pm)

This year, due to my condition, we decided to make a simple celebration : Singing Happy Birthday, Praying, blowing the candle then eating the cake! last year I cooked my first Spaghetti ever for him but this year I only bought KFC single fried chicken coz my body wasn't fit enough to cook ( I still had my fever )

Then at night we had our special guest for this year ( hope that they will be our special guest next and after the next) : My second brother and his Girlfriend. We were enjoy the small gathering for him, yes, only for him!

Anyway, Happy birthday baby, I always thank God every time I remember you. I believe by the lead of God you will be a better husband, son and Daddy.

Well, God really knows the best for my life, and that was why he put us back together Again!

Flu and Fever Attack

So bad for me, I got flu last week so I could not got to the school on Friday and Monday ( Thanks God its holiday on Tuesday)

It was really hurt where I felt dizzy, cough, running nose and shivering. I lost my appetite and felt so weak. very bad

Actually on Saturday it got better but it went to the opposite on the next day. I lost my voice where my body shivered. I even cried to my beloved hubby. Hate that feeling so

Actually my Dad in law who is a Doctor had already given me a prescriptions which is OK for a preggy woman to consume but I felt that I am better eat no medicine, for my baby sake even tough I felt more pain..hiks..

During my sick-days, my hubby turned over my job at the house. He was the one who cooked, cleaned the house and prepared everything that I need. He even did not go working and stayed at home to make sure that I am Ok! I do thanks God having my patience hubby whose wife is so childish and spoiled one class

My 2 Months Pregnancy

I am 59 days pregnant
there is still 222 days to my due date on March 16th 2011
My first Trimester is : June 09, 2010 to September 07, 2010. (0 - 12 weeks)
My 2nd trimester: September 08, 2010 to December 21, 2010. (13 - 27 weeks)
My 3rd trimester: December 22, 2010 to March 16, 2011. (28 - 40 weeks)

Yeah, The Baby is Here!

Thanks God, Finally He kindly gives us a baby inside my tummy!

We just discovered it on July 15th, when my menstruation was not "appear" on its period, so we bought a pregnancy test at and got the first test, where the result showed two bright red lines!

On July 19th, we went to the Hermina Daan Mogot to re-check it. There we met DR. Binsar Sitompul and discovered the baby inside.. the age was around 5 or 6 weeks, where the heart beat couldn't discovered yet. It was amazing to see that small fetus inside!

The next check-up was on Tuesday, August 3rd to see whether the baby is develop or the opposite. Thanks God the baby was very OK there. the length was 1,17 mm which a normal weight ( I forgot to ask the numbers) and there we could hear the heartbeat! what a Miracle..!

Another miracle of this baby is His/Her " Good Attitude" inside. During this 8 weeks pregnancy, The " Morning Sickness" is not be mine. I feel no pain every morning so that my daily routine such us preparing the breakfast and cooking for our lunch run well without nothing change. So does my teaching time. I can teach well, without something disturbs and even I and my teaching mates forget that I am preggy now, due to this No-Morning or when mommy working sickness. Thanks God for this Understanding Baby!

This good baby choose to "visit" when His Mom and Dad arrive at Home. That Nausea and Vomit "time" sometimes arrive in the evening, where we already had our dinner together with his Daddy. But it is really OK because after that I could directly sleep well! what a good one!

After Vacation

Aloha!

Its been so long since I stop writing on this page! miss this personal page soo much!! so many things I had done that made me lack of time even to write a single word to this diary!!

Anyway, lets review some moments that happen while I was away..hmm..okay, the 1st one was my First Kindergarten Graduation ever! yup my little kiddos already graduated and went to upper level where I get so many new kiddos to be taught! mm I will write down my grad experience on another page

After my graduation, all the teachers went to Kampung Legok at Lembang, Bandung ( very near to my former University and Dorm) for two days and one nite..It was the first time for me to be away from my hubby..huhuhu..it was not awesome!! I do hate that trip!!

A day after I arrived at Jakarta, My beloved mom came and spent a week here..what a nice holiday to have her at our Home! so many things we did here, from shopping until clean and put a new useful items at our home!

Then as soon when the vacation over, I must go back teaching .. I still be the homeroom teacher for Kindergarten B. Before class open,we did some decorations at the class where I put "in the farm" as my theme. the result was so wonderful!

hmmm anyway, lets have the complete stories as soon!

My Mini-Hunting

Since two months ago, I already beg one Mini Dress ( again) to my hubby, and due to that reason, we visited some of the Mall where I used to buy one.

The problem was not the Items but my body size ( Yes, I am an extra-S woman!). For the Asian Size, I will be fit on Small or Medium Size where for the American or European, I need no size than Extra Small!!

Fortunately, I heard that one of my favorite brand "Minimal" have opened their Boutique in Jakarta ( before, we had to go to Bandung to buy one dress from them) and lucky me, it was in "Citra Land" shopping center which was so near to my flat, so at the opening day, we went there

But I was not lucky as I thought before because their collections for now is available in a " big " size ( even tough I had already gotten the Extra Small One) due to the style or just say the " seasons" that they are having now. So I just said Bye bye to this collections this time, hope that I will find the suitable one ( for me ) next sessions!

Next, we went to my favorite shopping center when I stayed in Sudirman : Ambassador and Plaza Semanggi . Centro in Plaza Semanggi is one of my favorite Department Store but once again I wasn't lucky because their " trends" for now is the " Elegant" party dress where I just looked for a semi casual " Mini Dress".

Then we also went to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia but what we had was not so different from Centro. Ok, I do love chiffon with floral patterns on it, but please do not make me looked too old with that colors and cuts!

The next destination was Puri Indah Mall which is the nearest Mall from my house ( beside Mall Taman Palem where can't be labeled " Mall" ) there I found one black chiffon mini dress which I liked, but only available in size S/M ( means ; the size S is equal with size M) where it length couldn't be "compromise" with me

Depressed with the conditions, I decided to give up after this recent sessions end. Just hope that the next trends are suitable for me. My hubby tried to cheer me up by buying a short pants for me ( what a nice rewards! Hehe)

But Lucky me, when we went to Daan Mogot Mall ( also near my house) to get my watch fixed, I found a black mini dress at Matahari Department Store. The size was " M" but it was still suitable for me! what a nice surprise after a long and tiring hunting! Thanks God!

The Piano

My hubby's is a Pianist, let's say : Piano freak. Practicing piano filled his life, from childhood time until now.

Poor for us, we don't have that beautiful but very expensive thing inside our small flat. So my hubby only can play it at the time we go to my parents in law home at Bandung. There he will met his black buddy!

Then last week, we found a new store in Plaza Semanggi, name : "Buku Musik". Where it provides so many music books, lets say "Partiture" of classical until modern songs, and no wonder, He spent a long time inside that store.

Anyway, there is just OK if he decided to buy one of the partiture, but the problems is the partitures are all originally imported from US or Canada, and we have to pay the original price plus 20% of the total cost. can you imagine, none book costs less than IDR 150,000 ? what a expensive price for us now! ( not for the other people, I mean)

Then the second problems is, we couldn't have only one book to be bought. You know, if you were a pianist, you would be very interested in finding as many songs that you can. So due to this reason, my hubby finally decided not to buy even one, before spending hundreds thousand rupiah inside this luxury books store.

Next, after accidentally visited the store, my hubby now is missing his black mate. And as I can guess before, he is now searching for Yamaha Clavinnova rather than the upright piano as he has at his parents house because its price is cheaper and also contains more -lets say- music gadget as electronic keyboard or Electone has

By the way, I am also -lets say- an organist and a Piano lover . I am too dreaming about having our piano at home some day. But to be honest, we can't afford it this time. The cheapest price of it is around IDR 20 billion ( the old and already used one) and it really impossible for us to afford it at least this year. So honey, please be patience, you will have your best mate as soon as we could afford!

First Try

Well, this is gonna be my first post about Pregnancy...:D

Setelah satu tahun "bersantai" ria, akhirnya gw dan hubby "menggencarkan" program "baby" juga.. bukan apa-apa, As time goes by, keinginan untuk jadi mom and dad makin kuat aja buat kita, ngeliat hubby yang tadinya cuek jadi " sayang banget" ama ponakan2 juga udah kasi signal kalo He wants to be a dad beside the inside fact that I want to give birth of our son as soon, as I can

So kemarin, setelah " melakukannya" di masa subur gw, kita pun berharap-harap cemas akan kedatangan si bayi.. tiga minggu sesudahnya, gejala-gejala aneh muncul di gw. Mulai dari rasa lemas, cepet cape yang berkepanjangan, lapar yang sangat ( walopun emang udah rakus juga pada dasarnya..hehe) dan yang paling signifikan : Haid gw gak mampir sampai lewat 3 hari,

Nah, dengan semangat 45, hubby pun menyarankan agar gw ngintip pake test pack. Malah tadinya mau sekalian check darah aja ama papi mertua karna kita juga pas ada di Bandung. Tapi gw rasanya segan, takut kalo hasilnya negatif dan buat papi&mami mertua jadi kecewa, karna mereka, terutama papi udah suka nanya2 dan berharap kita secepatnya punya baby. So gw pun memilih untuk beli test pack setelah kita nyampe di Jakarta

Then, this morning, hubby yang biasanya masih molor pas gw bikin sarapan dan bekal, dengan semangat 45 bangun en nanya " yang udah pipis belum??" ok, karna gw belum pipis, doi pun menunggu dengan sabar, dan akhirnya setelah gw pipis, kita ngelihat hasilnya sama2 dengan perasaan harap-harap cemas, dan hasilnya pun menunjukkan strip merah 1 biji

Rasanya ga tega ngelihat hubby kecewa, bahkan setelah test packnya dibuang, doi maksain bongkar lagi tong sampah dapur untuk re-chek hasilnya..Tapi test packnya ga berubah, nothing changed.

Well, walaupun kita sedikit kecewa, tapi kita tau kalo Tuhan pasti kasih kita baby disaat yang paling tepat, so no reason for being sad, the Grace will come on the right time!!

Thanks God for his special knowledge in Medicine, where he is always be my personal Doctor, who never stop listening to my pain, finding the medicine and taking care of me till I feel better. Thanks God also because he brings the new life healthy standard in my life, so that we could live healthy longer as God commanded us

Thanks God for his " Patience" side, where he always tries to cook and bake my favorite Food, even tough he has never done it before. It really a blessing for me to see him trying hard to make he happy with all of his awesome hand made food!

At least, I do thank God for every single best things that he has which I hasn't mentioned yet. I believe He is my best companion as God had planned before I realized. Thank you Lord, Thank you Father, with this Most Valuable Grace that I have ever had in my life!

Help me to pay attention to the advice my husband gives me when he brings things to my attention that I may be doing wrong or that I could be doing better.

Help me to be more anxious to please my husband than to have my own way.

Help me to be aware of the things that I do that upset my dear husband - and enable me not to keep doing them - so that I will not be causing unnecessary problems in our relationship.

Help me to remember that I am commanded to submit to my husband's role as head of the house even if he fails to faithfully submit to the headship of Christ.

Help me to treat my husband better than when we were first met and remind me of the importance of spending quality time alone with him and of doing things to remind him of how special he is to me.

At the Day

At the day, After I left school, I went to the bakery to grab the cake..I was so in love with the cake even tough the wrapping is not so small and I felt a little bit hard to bring it by using the public car..

Then, I cleaned the house, take a nap for a while (my bad habit!)

At 5.oo pm, I opened the fridge and found that I need an extra egg. So I went downstairs to get it.. but unfortunately, Instead of bringing the egg, i brought the bread!!

Consider it, I went back again (!)

After getting the egg, I boiled the pasta, prepared the food material, took a bath

At 6.30, my hubby went home and was so happy finding the cake!

After saying and giving" Happy Anniversary" kiss, we sang " Happy Anniversary" used the tune of " Happy Birthday" then continued with blowing the candle and cut the cake! horray

At least, dinner time with my Macaroni Omelet with extra cheese ( our favorite one ) hmm we were so happy! Thanks God!!

Anyway, before sleeping, we both whispered a simple hope : To have our son when we celebrate the anny next year!!!

Plan For The Anniversary

Anniversary Tickers

Tomorrow is our First Anniversary! yeah! I do want to make that day very special, and that is why I already prepared for a surprise for my beloved

on that day, I want to have a cake and candle. That was why I have already ordered it at one of the best bakery near our flat on last Thursday, I chose his favorite flavor, Black forest and ssst, I wanted to keep it secretly until he comes home on that day!

as time goes by, on last Saturday, we discussed about that "internal" celebration. My hubby wanted to bake my favorite food ( again!) : Vegetarian Mushroom Pizza!!! horraaY

But, I remembered about my preparation stuff for dinner: Black forest and also cheese macaroni omelet (our favorite also) and that's why I told him not to make the pizza on that day..then.. he was curious about it..how come I "refused" my that delicious food ( and he was right about it..hehe)

Flashback, actually when I was on the bakery to order the cake on Thursday, He called me by phone. When he asked me where I was, I told him I was inside the public car, but He didn't believe me because he heard no "road" sound..huff..OK, I told him i was inside the bakery and once again he was curious why I was there ( because I always get an headache every time i go back from the school due to the weather and the traffic) so that was an extraordinary things for him to see me going someplace directly after school time

Ok, I was success to make him believe me. I told him that I wanted to buy my favorite bread here. He believed in it, but i know, he was not totally believe in my reason ( because I am a lazy wive, can't go someplace without him by my side..hehe)

But It was not end, when we discussed about the dinner things, He asked me why I refused his willingness to cook for me, I said that I had something actually, and he kept asking me..and you know, it was hard for me not to tell the truth, because He really knew me, he got me hiding something ( based on my " unbelievable" moment at the bakery) and there I was, couldn't hide it anymore.. so He discovered that special and secret plan..huh

Then here we come, waiting for tomorrow "special dinner" to celebrate our first anniversary, waiting for the cake, waiting for my omelet, and most, waiting for more blessing to come.

Meet My Dad

Last week, we met my Dad who came to Jakarta for attending His working's event in Pasar Minggu. Because His schedule was already full and it was also hard for us to meet on week days, we chose to meet Him on last Saturday

We were so happy to meet because we haven't seen each other since me and my hubby left Pekanbaru ( a day after my 2nd reception there) on June last year, that was why i was so excited to meet Him. So bad because the traffic was out of control and we could reach His place after 2 hours on the way

Beside me and my hubby, my second brother who lives in Bintaro also came there, together with his GF, it was also the first time for my Dad to meet her after just knowing her name for several months.

After eating and chit chat for several hours, we had to leave Him because He had the closing event and must leave Jakarta early in the morning. After that, its time for young people where we went to Citos to continue talking until midnite..what a nice big family moment!

On Kartini's Day

On the latest Kartini's Day, the school held a special celebration. To introduce who is Kartini, the teacher should give review on a day before. So on Tuesday,I gave my kiddos a short story about Kartini. It was so interesting for them, especially for the girl for knowing that the girls on that era wasn't able to enter the school just like them now

Then on the day, all the teachers wore Batik where the kiddos wore Batik or Traditional costumes. We held a fashion show and it was very funny to see those little kiddos tried to walk well as a model!

Next, after the program end, the lecturers had a special lunch at Bandar Jakarta Serpong. There we had some private things such us the Quizzes about Kartini and the best Batik competition.. but I was not lucky because I did not get any awards for both..huhu!

Berkunjung Ke RS

Kemarin, untuk pertama kalinya sejak tahun 2oo5, gw memberanikan diri untuk berobat kerumah sakit sendirian ( biasanya selalu ditemenin mama atau sohib) kenapa kali ini sendirian? karna Suami lagi ngantor en gak bisa nemenin

O ya biasanya gw juga gak pernah berobat karna kebetulan kan Papi mertua dan 3 saudara ipar gw Dokter semua ( yup, my hubby was born in Medical Family) so biasanya kalo ada keluhan gw tinggal telpun atau diperiksa di klinik pribadi Papi ( kalo kebetulan di Bandung) atau kaya kemarin waktu ada "benjolan aneh" di bagian paha yang gw ngerasa malu nunjukin ke Papi atau abang2, gw tinggal berobat ama Kaka Ipar yang juga Dokter en pastinyaaa, dari mereka semua gw dapet konsultasi sampai obat yang gratiss tissss..!!!

Tapi kali ini, karna rasa gatel entah karna alergi atau jamur yang gw rasain berada di bagian yang sangat sangat sensitif, gw ngerasa super duper malu dong kalo konsul ama Papi. Sedangkan kaka ipar gw yang cewe tinggalnya di Surabaya dan untuk penyakit yang satu ini kan enaknya Dokternya langsung ngechek ada apa di "dalam" sana yang bikin gw gak bisa nahan gatel

So, dengan semangat yang butuh waktu berminggu-minggu untuk dikumpulkan dan dorongan dari Suami ( sebelumnya gw udah konsumsi obat Anti Alergi andalan sampai naburin bedak Herocyn kedaerah "situ" tapi tetep ga mempan) akhirnya gw pun memberanikan diri mendatangi salah satu rumah sakit swasta di daerah Grogol, Jakbar

Nah sesuai pesan suami, gw pun meminta Dokter Spesialis Kulit perempuan karna rasanya maluuu kalo harus buka-bukaan ama dokter cowo ( dan sepertinya suami juga gak rela makanya nyuruh minta dokter cewe..:D) yang ternyata mulai praktek jam setengah 6 sore, sementara gw nyampe disana jam 4 sore!!

Tapi untungnya Nursenya baik hati, nawarin untuk ngabisin waktu ke CitraLand yang letaknya dibelakang rumah sakit ini ( o ya namanya RS Royal Taruma) so karna emang punya rencana nyari kado untuk Papi dan asisten gw -selain karna doyan shopping-gw pun dengan senang hati melangkahkan kaki ke pintu belakang rumah sakit

Ternyata Alam berkehendak lain, ujan dengan senang hati nyambut keluarnya gw dari gerbang.. so mau gak mau gw pun naik lagi, akhirnya mutusin duduk manis nungguin Dokternya sambil nonton.. selama nunggu gw dag dig dug gak karuan ketakutaaan..soalnya biasanya kan ada yang nemenin tuh, hikss

Akhirnya jam setengah 6 Dokternya dateng, en gw ada di daftar pertama.. Singkat cerita gw pun diperiksa bagian "itunya" yang artinya gw harus buka celana dan disenter bagian yang gatelnya

Akhirnya setelah diperiksa, akhirnya gw dikasi tau penyebab rasa gatel itu apaan, cara pencegahannya dan juga resep yang harus ditebus.. o ya gw juga dikasi sabun khusus yang ternyata harganya mahaaall bangett..hiksss

Gw juga kaget ngeliat tagihan rawat jalannya.. hanya untuk konsultasi gak sampai 10 menit, obat dan juga sabun "khusus" tadi gw dikenakan charge setengah Jeti lebih! untung juga gw gak perlu keluar doku karna biaya pengobatan dan obat2nya ditanggung 100% ama kantor Suami..kalo engga, mendingan gw berobat ama keluarga aja deh..gratisss...hehehe

Anyway, gw ngerasa cocok dengan pelayanan rumah sakitnya..dari bangunan sampai teknologinya ok deh .. Nurse dan Dokternya juga ramah2, dan karna kemarin hari Ulangtahunnya yang ke 3, tiap pasien dapet Mug cantik deh..hmm sepertinya RS ini akan jadi langganan gw ( selama masih ditanggung kantor suami..:D)

CC's Nail Art

Setiap Senin, seperti biasa, saya akan me-review ulang tentang pengalaman akhir pekan anak-anak dan seperti biasanya juga, mereka akan selalu bersemangat menceritakan aktivitas liburannya, karna memang menghabiskan waktu seharian bersama orangtua yang lengkap merupakan hal yang hanya bisa dinikmati di hari Libur saja

Nah berhubung mereka berasal dari keluarga yang "High Class" at least diatas kategori sederhana, maka cerita tentang liburan akhir pekan mereka tentang jalan-jalan ke Mall ternama, berenang di sport club mahal sampai bepergian ke luar negeri sudah tidak asing lagi terdengar dikelas ini, sampai akhirnya salah seorang murid perempuan saya, sebut saja inisialnya CC, bercerita:

"Miss, Last weekend, I went to the Mall and got this " (sambil menunjukkan kedua jari mungilnya yang telah "didekorasi" tidak hanya dengan pewarna kuku tapi juga pernak pernik yang setahu saya dinamakan "Nail Art"

Kaget dan juga miris hati saya begitu melihat kuku mungilnya, yang seharusnya dijauhkan dari hal hal dewasa seperti itu dibiarkan untuk "dewasa sebelum waktunya". Dan ironisnya, ketika saya bertanya siapa yang mengenalkan Nail Art kepadanya, dengan spontan dia menjawab

"mommy made this and She even bought the tools so that we can make it at home"

Ok, tidak salah kalau mami nya ingin mempercantik kukunya dengan alat semahal apapun, tapi untuk anak dibawah 6 tahun, saya rasa ini belum pantas sama sekali ( wong saya saja tidak diperbolehkan untuk mewarnai kuku baik oleh suami maupun pihak sekolah)

Tidak ingin anak-anak yang lain terpengaruh, ( mengingat anak-anak perempuan lainnya jadi mengerubungi dan mengagumi hasil Nail Art nya) maka saya pun berkata

"Anyway, its really nice CC, but Nail Art is suitable for an Adult, not for children"

Tapi dengan sedikit kritis, dia menjawab :

"But Mommy said I could use it" ( yaah, saya sudah speechless deh kalo maminya sudah berkata begitu)

Teringat dengan peraturan sekolah, untuk guru dan staff jelas-jelas dinyatakan bahwa kita tidak boleh menggunakan Make-Up yang berlebihan, memiliki tato atau body painting sampai mewarnai Rambut dan Kuku kenapa?? sudah pasti selain untuk memberikan citra pendidik yang baik hal ini juga diharapkan tidak memberikan pengaruh negatif kepada anak didik kami, seperti yang terjadi saat ini, apalagi mengingat anak usia pra sekolah sangat "Getol" mencontoh guru-gurunya.

Naah, kalo hal seperti ini terjadi akibat pengaruh orang tua, ini yang bikin saya pusing. Apakah saya akan menegur atau membiarkan hal ini mempengaruhi anak didik yang lain ?? yang jelas saya berharap dihari Senin nanti tidak ada murid perempuan lain yang ikut-ikutan"mendekorasi kuku mungilnya

2 hari kemudian, CC tiba dikelas dengan wajah riang, menghampiri saya sambil menunjukkan kelima jari mungilnya sambil berkata:

"Miss, now I am having my 5 beautiful nails "

Dan saya, sekali lagi hanya bisa menarik nafas dan Speechless. Mungkin sebaiknya sekolah harus membuat peraturan yang sama untuk anak didik imut-imut ini.

Unforgetable Trip To Taman Safari

Last Friday, the kindergarten Department went to Taman Safari, Bogor. This time was the first time for me having the field trip as the Teacher and the most important, The Person in charge or PIC of Bus number 1 So it was uneasy for me to be the one who was responsible for the passenger of the Bus.

Every time we made a Stop ( which happened Often because the kids always wanted to pee and it couldn’t be avoided) I felt scary and nervous if I left one of them, whether the kids or the mommy.

So there I was, always begin the way (after made a stop) with counting and counting. A bad and scary thing happened where I left the Attendance list at the first stop!! Can you imagine how scary I was, tried to make the passenger list, where I wasn’t so sure how many passenger was!!! But anyway thanks God because He didn’t leave me and also the support from my teaching mates

I also had other big responsibilities (I thought I was the one who had the biggest task among the teachers) as the substitute mom for 2 of my students: Marcus and Grisseldy. So during the trip, I must watched over them, sat with them, keep them safety and also made sure that they finished their lunch and took a nap on the way home ( It really hard to make Grisseldy –the girl- Sleep even tough I let her lay on my lap)

So if you asked me how Taman Safari was, I just remember a few things (where I also was pointed as the Guide during the show!)In spite of how I had to run after the kids (trust me, when I ignored and didn’t hold one of them even for 1 seconds, one of them would be at another place) , Fed them and “force” them to take a nap. Hufff.. it really uneasy for being a Mom, even only for several hours!!!

Hari Yang Berat

1 Minggu awal Maret ini adalah minggu yang berat bagi saya. Mungkin juga yang terberat yang pernah saya lewati!. Kenapa? Momok yang sering saya denger ditempat saya bekerja, yaitu Orang Tua murid yang dengan seenak jidatnya mendatangi dan membentak-bentak guru dengan cara yang sama sekali tidak berpendidikan akhirnya “nyangkut” ke saya.

Jadi waktu itu kejadiannya saya yang udah stand by dikelas, nungguin anak-anak murid datang dipanggil keruang Admission, karna ada satu orang tua yang mau bertemu. Firasat sudah tidak enak, karna orang tua yang dimaksud adalah orang tua yang di “Black List” oleh rekan guru-guru yang lain. Eh benar saja, salam yang baik-baik saya ucapkan dibalas dengan bentakan, hardikan, makian dan lengkap juga dengan muka garang dan sangat tidak bersahabat

Singkat cerita, saya pun memanggil kepala sekolah yang kemudian mengambil alih “ menjadi korban” cercaan yang sangat tidak sopan itu. Shock, saya pun menangis dan tidak dapat mengajar sampai beberapa jam, sehingga kelas pun terpaksa di ambil alih oleh asisten saya. Jujur saja, sudah beberapa kali saya mendengar “tabiat” yang tidak berpendidikan dari pengusaha hasil bumi tadi. Tapi saya sama sekali tidak pernah membayangkan bahwa dia akan benar-benar se” Tidak Sopan” kalau boleh kita tidak menggunakan kata “kurang ajar” seperti itu. Saya benar-benar merasa diintimadisi hanya untuk permasalahan yang sangat sepele,Benar-benar sepele! Dan salahnya dia lagi, - Sama Sekali Bukan karna Kesalahan Saya-, Melainkan ANAKNYA SENDIRI!!

Tidak terima ditindas begini, sementara saya tetap harus menjaga perkataan saya karna bagaimanapun saya adalah seorang Pendididik, saya protes kepada Kordinator Sekolah. Untungnya karna memang tindakannya ini keterlaluan sekali dan tidak dapat dibenarkan, Diputuskan untuk memanggil dan menindak orang tua ini yang waktunya belum dapat dipastikan

Kalau mau, rasanya saya ingin sekali membalas sakit hati saya dengan mendatangi dan melakukan hal yang sama dengan anaknya dan juga bapaknya itu! Toh semua guru mendukung saya karna hal ini sudah sering terjadi!!!! Tapi suami mengingatkan, apa gunanya terbawa emosi karna pihak sekolah pun sudah memutuskan untuk mengambil tindakan.

Saya hanya bisa berdoa, semoga setelah anak tersebut mengakui perbuatannya dan mengetahui kesalahannya, Si Bapak itu mau berubah dan menyadari bahwa perbuatan dan tindakannya sangatlah arogan, tidak berpendidikan dan sudah mencoreng lembaga pendidikan. Apa dia mau anaknya juga kami perlakukan seperti Dia tidak menghormati kami??

Tapi jujur saja, teori memaafkan itu sangaaaat susah diterapkan, Terlebih reaksi berlaHawanan dari rekan-rekan guru yang saya tau juga merasakan sakit hati yang sama karna hal ini juga pernah bahkan sering menimpa mereka. Tapi ya sudahlah, seperti nasihat Suami untuk memaafkan dan tidak terbawa emosi, saya akan berusaha, walaupun rasanya sangat sulit sekali terlebih ini bukan karna kesalahan saya. Tapi saya percaya, apa yang ditabur akan dituai,jadi biarkan saja dia , si Pengusaha yang tidak dapat menggunakan akal sehat dan nurani itu disadarkan akan kesalahannya dari hasil perbuatannya sendiri. Be Strong !!

My Hubby's Chicken Dumpling

Due to Lunar New Year celebration, I asked my lovely hubby to make Chicken Dumpling for me. Thanks God my understanding and caring hubby was willing to make it special for me!

So then He made it today, as our special lunch. Even tough it was his first Dumpling, the taste was so delicious, yummy and made me addicted to it!!

Actually, He made two kind of Chicken Dumpling : The Steamed and Fried one, but I was able to take the picture of the steamed one, before and after steamed because the Fried one was directly eaten when it done. o ya, I helped to create the "performance" of the Dumpling and here they are, so messy and poor, so significant with the taste!!

Anyway, better late than never to say:

My Hubby's Spaghetti

This is my hubby's own made Spaghetti.. the taste was soo delicious!!, I admit that he is best for Spaghetti, Lasagna or another westerns and European Food. For the appetizer, He also made the Garlic Bread which I do love..hmm nyummy!!

My hubby actually doesn't love cook, even tough He likes to watch Food Channel to enrich his Culinary knowledge. He just like to observed things, started from Animals and also Food. My " eating habit" which always starving for some food is the only one reason for Him to try the recipe by himself, and I do love it!! hehe

Now on, Because He can make the good one, even more delicious than some vendor's. We never buy those food when I want to eat them. It means we can save money because and also we can have more and more without consider the price!! Love it!!

Nasi Uduk Hoki

This is one of my favorite traditional cuisine of Indonesia.. I do like to eat it combine with Fried chicken ( before I decided to be a Vegetarian, ) Lalapan or fresh Veggies, Fried Tempe and Tahu. Before, when I still lived in Tebet, I had one favorite stall where I loved to buy 1 portion of Nasi Uduk and Tempe goreng and you know, it only cost 3.500 IDR!! it is the cheapest Nasi Uduk I have ever had!!

Then last week, when I went to Mangga Dua ( my favorite place to do shopping till drop) with my hubby, we accidentally found this Vendor. The name was "Hoki" where so many traditional food was served, such us Nasi Uduk, Gado Gado, Sop Buntut or Pecel Ayam. First time we passed the restaurant, we directly decided to have our lunch there.

I ordered complete Nasi uduk ( Nasi, 1 pieces of Tofu and Tempe, Sayur Asem, Telur dadar or scrambled egg) and got "Sambel goreng Kentang" as the additional item..the taste was soo perfect!! Delicious and awesome!!

The price was not really expensive, where the sanitation was not bad too. So we decided to eat there again, when we visited Mangga Dua one day.

my Former kebaya

This is my "Graduation Kebaya" when I graduated from my college on June 2007. I had it made in Bandung, where I spent my college time.

Actually, due to my "weight gaining " directly after I left my dormitory ( can you imagine, how limited the food served in the dormitory? ) my "dress size" became bigger and no wonder if I couldn't wear my Kebaya anymore. So for two years, they are being kept in my closet

but on the latest weekend, I tried my Kebaya while tidying up my closet. Curios to it, I tried to put them on and Thanks God!! it was not hard to use them now! I can wear them all now!! yeaahh!! so Happy!!!

Finally, after two and half years, I got my " weight reducing" and can meet my " former Small size clothes" , my "Diet" is really2 worth-ed!!!

I am falling in love with this Product.. Started when I looked for the Foundation and Compact Powder, I found this newest Product of REVLON. Due to the simple way to use, the colour and how it works on the face's skin, I grabbed it home and never regret of my decision directly after I used it for the first time.

My pale face is not alike the pale neither the "Polished" one. The powder which also contains the foundation- so I don't need to have my liquid foundation to keep it stick longer-is so smooth and my hubby said I was looked simpler but more beautiful ( ehm)

Then what I like from this product is the "promise" of the brand that their product will "stain" or stay for 9 hours and it was proofed on the 1st time use! Love it!

Minggu lalu, pas lagi " dapet" seperti biasa gw akan ngalamin yang namanya sakit perut melilit sampe ga bisa tidur di malam pertama doi "bertamu".. nahh biasanya Hubby tercinta dengan sengaja akan manjain gw, ga bolehin masak, kerjain ini itu en yang paling seru sih bakal ngabulin apa pun permintaan gw..Hore!!

Hari terakhir, iseng2 gw tanya Hubby, abis dibeliin Pisang Goreng Kremes, Lays yang rumput laut ama Jus Jambu ( kaya org ngidam nih gw, minta jajanan mulu :D) gw yang udah bersiap2 tidur bilang gini : "Yang, gimana kalo km ambil alih dulu semua kerjaan aku dirumah selama satu hari aja?? Gimana?? "

Hubby yang emang baik pun langsung nyetujui dan bilang " Ok yang, tenang aja aku gantiin tugas km besok" ..trs sambil liatin sekeliling rumah dan isi dapur doi akhirnya bilang gini " Tapi nanti sarapannya Pisang aja ya, trs makan siangnya beli di kantor masing2! Hehe:D "

Hehehe gw pun ngakak ngedengernyaa..hayuuu, baru nyadar kan ternyata susah jadi istri?? wong gw aja tiap hari kerja harus bangun paling lambat jam 5 pagi, untuk langsung siapin sarapan Roti Kukus atau panggang, Masak Nasi plus Lauk Pauknya buat makan siang en ga ketinggalan nyiapin semua keperluan Hubby from the top to toe! jam enam gw udah harus mandi dan paling lambat jam 6.30 udah berangkat dianterin Hubby..sedangkan Hubby tersayang baru bangun jam 6 pagi, dengan sarapan dan bekal makanan yang tinggal di santap.. o ya biasanya doi anterin gw dulu ke kantor, baru balik dulu kerumah dan mandi plus berangkat kerja jam karna doi masuknya agak siangan..

Abis kerja, nyampe rumah bukan berarti gw bisa nyante2.. at least jam 5 gw udah kembali lagi ke dapur untuk nyuci piring bekas masak2 tadi pagi ( kan ga sempat tuh kalo nyupir dulu ) then kembali memasak untuk makan malam.. jam 6 30 hubby nyampe rumah dengan makan malam dan juga pakaian tidur yang udah tersedia kumplit..abis makan malam, gw pun kembali ronda di dapur untuk nyupir en beresein meja makan

Nah, pasca merivew tugas harian gw, hubby pun bilang gini " yang, mana bisa aku kaya kamu, bisa siapin semuanya tiap hari..eeh, kasian jg ya yang, tiap hari kamu kerjain semuanya" ( nahh loo, baru nyadar yaa?? ) hehe

Anyway gw pun bilang : " Its ok Honey, They are my responsibilities as a wife and I do happy doing all of that.." karna emang kenyataannya gw seneng banget bisa ngelayanin Hubby walopun ditengah keterbatasan gw then I do it because and in the name of Love..!

Sejak taun lalu, diriku tergila2 ama yang namanya Mini Dress a.k.a terusan selutut. Selain karna makenya gampang, ga perlu pake bawahan lagi apalagi pusing matchingin atasan ama bawahan trs makenya juga "adem" karna ada "lubang angin" nya..hehe tp alesan yang paling pas sebenernya karna akyu ngerasa badanku yang super duper kecil ini cocok aja pake baju2 begituan..

Nahh, mini dress asal Hong Kong adalah salah satu favoritku..selain karna harganya lebih murah ( walopun dikit) daripada yang biasa dipajang di Mall, modelnya yang unik, imut plus ngegemesin bikin ga perlu mikir dua kali untuk langsung bawa pulang..jujur aja, biasanya begitu nyobain mini dress yang biasanya langsung pas dibadan yang super duper mini ini, diriku bagai terhipnotis langsung rela membayar baju yang ternyata pas udah nyampe kosan en dilihat2 lagi akhirnya ditemukan fakta baru kalo ternyata bajunya rada pendek, tipis en bahkan ada yang bener2 "transparan" from the top to toe! yaaah nasiib lah...

Naah berhubung dulu masih lanjang tinggal dikosan sendirian en ga ada filter, jadi deh itu baju bisa dipake ke kantor tiap Jum'at atau ke party nya temen..memang sih kalo jalan ama suami yang waktu itu masih jadi Cami selalu di "ban" untuk dipake..tp tenaaang,,,masih ada waktu ke kantor atau jalan2 bareng temen untuk masang tuh baju2 di badankyu ini ...so walopun suami ga pernah setuju, tetep aja duit mengalir untuk nih jenis baju..belum lagi godaan dari on line shops yang terus menggoda..

But Now, after I become Mrs. Grace Manullang.. I have to get permit from my Hubby.. jadi deh kesempatan untuk mengenakan baju2 mini itu hilang sudah, kecuali dirumah ..hiks.. malahan mama ikutan ngomel dan ingetin suamiku untuk marahin aku kalo aku masih suka keluar rumah with those mini dress..huhu..

Tapi masih ada beberapa mini dressku yang "lulus Sensor" juga..walopun ga banyak sih, itupun harus pasang tampang memelas dulu untuk diapprove ama hubbyku .. naah satu dari mereka kan aku bawa tuh ke Bandung en niatnya dipake untuk ke gereja hari Sabtu kemarin...eeh ternyata pas udah mau berangkat, Mami mertua yang orangnya termasuk santai en flexibel bilang gini "Grace, km ga punya rok dalem? bentar deh mami cariin dulu " ternyata oh ternyata mini dress asal Hong Kong itu ga mampu menyembunyikan underwearku yang -memalukannya- bermotif polkadot warna warni bin ngejreng lagi ( efek nikah muda nih..masih suka underwear childish ) maluunyaa...mana pas ngeliat suami, dia malah ketawa2 ngakak!..jadi deh aku pun lari kekamar en bilang " ga usah mi, aku ganti baju aja" en akhirnya ganti baju yang tetep aja mini dress yang kali ini yang emang yang disetujuin bin dibeliin ama suamiku.. abis itu dimobil yang untungnya cuma kita berdua, suamiku masih setia ngakak en bilang gini "emang enak, dilarang mami !" iih sebell..

Besoknya karna ga rela satu koleksiku dimusiumkan ( dan parahnya bukan hanya di "ban" ama hubby tapi juga mertua..) aku merengek minta dibeliin mini dress lagi ama hubbyku...so berdasarkan pengamatan di BTC banyak brand Hong Kong, aku pun sukses menggandeng hubbyku kesana.. senengnya!!

Tapii.. udah "bertamu" ke semua vendor plus nyobain beberapa mini dress favorite, gak ada yang bisa dibawa pulang..alesan hubbyku sih cuma dikit, kalo engga bahannya terlalu tipis, modelnya yang ga ok buat badanku sampe alesan "kurang Bahan". Huhu sempat mutung karna udah cape nyoba en ada beberapa yang emang aku suka. Tapiii akhirnya Hubby yang ga tega dimutungin ngajakin ke Rumah Mode en Thanks God disana kita nemuin satu mini dress yang cocok, walopun bukan brand Hong Kong..emang sih jauh lebih bagus dan bahannya juga lebih mantap, en walopun harganya juga hampir dua kali lipat lebih, tp berhubung ini hukuman buat hubbyku karna "standardnya" bikin aku susah nemuin bajuku so ga ada pertimbangan apa2 to Grab it home!..

Happy (Belated) New Year!

Postingan pertama ditahun baru, walopun udah lewat 10 hari pasca New Year Eve... bukan kenapa2, rasa males tingkat tinggi pasca liburan yang lumayan panjang bikin gw bener2 maless buat ngapa2in.. 1 minggu pertama di kerjaan juga gak gw lewati dengan kondisi yang Fit atau ready, berasa beraaat, ngantuk, ga semangatt..pusying!!

Anyway "Selamat Tahun Baru 2010"..resolusi ?? honestly gw ga pernah bikin resolusi nih..hihihi..mungkin lebih ke "keinginan sesaat" karna akhirnya targetnya terlupakan gitu aja..

Tapi pastinya tahun ini gw buat resolusi en berharap akhir tahun gw bisa mewujudkannya .. Semangat!!!..

Things to do ( buy) on Holiday

Malem ini gw mau packing karna kita mau Ngabisin Natal en Tahun baru di rumah mertua di Bandung..tdnya sempat mendadak kepikiran mau ke Bali.. eh mikir2 panjang, ga enak ama Mertua karna ini tahun baruan pertama kita, trs belum lagi Bali pasti penuh karna banyak banget yang kesana ( gila ajaaa, temen2 FB gw yang liburan kalo gak ke Medan pasti ke Bali! ) en dimana Hubbyku ga suka tempat2 yang Crowded ( honestly sih dia bosen ke Bali..hihi) akhirnya kita pun memutuskan untuk balik ke rencana pertama..

Well selama di Bandung gw juga udah susun banyak things to do sih.. yang pasti ga jauh2 dari yang namanya Belanja..hehe.. tp kali ini karna udah berkeluarga gw belanjanya ga jauh2 dari kebutuhan rumah tangga en suami deh.. ( soalnya suami paling males shopping selain buku en alat2 kamera)

Rencana utama kita mau nambah persediaan Bed Cover karna kayanya punya 1 bed cover ga cukup. Soalnya klo mau di Dry Clean harus nungguin beberapa hari sementara rumah mungil kita ini full AC so ga mungkin kan klo tdr ga pake Bed Cover.. tadinya sih udah nyari2 mulai dari di beberapa Mall sampe Mangga Dua..tp belum nemu yang cocok.. ada sih yang bagus tp harganya selangit..belum lagi di Mangga dua ada yang murah meriah tp gampang Lepes ( karna bahannya Dakron) Nahh yang kita mau cari adalah yang kaya kita pake sekarang, bed cover ini dibeli bokap waktu lagi di Thailand dan bahannya baguss banget.. dalemnya ga pake Dakron, tp yang lebih tebel en ga lepes padahal ini udah tahun ke 6 loh..

Nah buat nyari yang kaya gitu, kita udah nemu tempatnya di Pasar Baru, langganan Mami mertua. di toko ini dia ga cuma jual, tp melayani pesanan.. nah rencananya kita mau pilih sendiri bahan isi sampe bahan kainnya biar dapet yang sesuai keinginan..yah walopun mahal dikit tp awet kan ga papa, secara kita butuh banget khan..

Then the second item, kita mau cari sepatu suami., ga tau kenapa, apa karna emang gw komsumtif atau apa, rasanya ga tenang aja klo suami ga punya sepatu extra.. nah kebetulan salah satu sepatu suami ada yang udah ga layak pake en sejak it gw terobsesi untuk nambah persediaan padahal suami mah santai2 aja orangnya..hehe.. untuk sepatu suami suka yang keluaran Donatello atau Edward Forrer karna selain bahannya enak, produknya kuat lagi..

Trs ada lagi kaya kemeja kerja, sepatu kerja gw ( mah kalo yang ini lagi laper mata aja..) sampe dompet en baju batik..hahhaa.. dasar tukang belanja.. sebenernya sih yang bener2 butuh ya kemeja kerja suami dan gw yang kayanya harus di -reload..tp dasar cewe, ga tau kenapa gw lagi pengen aja punya dress batik buat ke kawinan yang seragam ama suami.. hmm ga tau nih apa semua proposal gw tadi bakalan disetujui suami..hihihi..

Mupeng banget hari ini abis nganterin my oldest brother ke Airport untuk ngabisin liburan natal en tahun baru dirumah. My other brother juga udah siap2 tanggal 27 ini take off ke rumah..huhu..walopun tahun ini tahun kedua ga Natalan dirumah, tp tetep aja sedih karna Tahun lalu emang Mama en Papa ngerayain pergantian tahun dirumah kakek di pulau Nias sana.. tahun ini kan semua pada ngumpul, kecuali gw..( walopun dirumah mertua nanti tetep ngumpul sih.)

Kangen banget ama ritual sebelum Natal.. bantuin plus ngerecokin mama bikin kue ( yang lebih banyak ngerecokin daripada bantuin :p) trs "memaksa" mama bikinin kue kering kesukaan gw: Kastengel, menghias pohon Natal kami yang tingginya hampir 2 M ( gw harus manjat kursi kalo mau menghias bagian atasnya) dan pastinya kebanjiran hadiah en parcel dari saudara2 en temen2 papa.. gw inget dulu gw selalu ngeletakin hadiah2 en parcel2 yang didapet di bagian bawah pohon Natal kami dan ga ada yang boleh buka sebelum Tahun baru.. naah pernah pas gw SMA gw "ketipu" ama Abang2 gw. Abis tahun baruan, dengan excited gw bukain kotak2 coklat yang masih kebungkus rapi yang ternytataaa isinya udah dilahap ama abang2 gw !!!

Hadiah Natal yang paling berkesan buat gw adalah Baju, Baju and Baju ( I was fashionhollic before) so tiap tahun sebelum Natal udah pasti gw en Bonyok hunting baju yang gw suka di beberapa Mall di Pekanbaru. It was a nice moment which I miss every time I go Home.. terakhir abis resepsi di Pekanbaru aja Bokap udah jadwalin acara hunting baju buat gw, tp karna banyak acara dadakan, huntingnya diganti ama "mentahnya" aja..hehe.. that's my Dad.. even tough I am already married now, in His Eyes I am still his little girl who always starving for a new dress..hehe

Di malam Tahun baru, biasanya kami sekeluarga akan ngadirin kebaktian di gereja, tepat jam 6 sore. abis gereja, biasanya kita nungguin jam 12 malam untuk berdoa en Maaf2 an..pasti nangis nih kalo udah maaf2an..secara gw banyak dosanya ama bonyok..hehe

Nah tanggal 1 Januari, udah pasti banyak yang spesial.. biasanya Lontong Padang buatan Nyokab udah siap disajikan, ditambah dengan Rendang Padang yang juga masakan mama hmmmm rasanyaa Muantapp banget.. 3 tahun lalu gw pernah ngitungin berapa kali gw makan dalam 1 hari pas tgl 1 ituh dan hasilnya.. : 5 kali bolak balik makan, plus nambah terus.. hihihi.. suasana rumah yang ga pernah sepi dari saudara2 en keluarga besar juga jadi motivasi untuk terus menambah amunisi.. huh.. so miss them all!

But its ok, ngumpul dirumah mertua plus gathering ama keluarga besar Manullang juga ga kalah menarik ..keponakan2 dari yang udah gede sampe yang paling bontot juga bikin kangen.. salah satu ponakan kita yang namanya Tabitha malah udah nagih janji ngajakin doi ke Dunia Fantasi di BSM buat naik kereta2 an disana.. FyI, doi suka cerita kalo " dedek mau naik kereta api sama Nantulang (Gw) di BSM, mau ke Jakarta loh" (sejak kapan kereta2an yang di BSM nyampe Jakarrta?? hehe)

Setelah acara Green Camp selama dua hari, akhirnya nyampe juga hari terakhir sekolah en pastinya pembagian Report Semester Card yang disusul liburaaan.. !!

O ya selama Green camp yang dress code nya Ijo, banyak kegiatan yang kita adain seperti menanam pohon ( tomat dan cabe), art&Craft en paling serunya : Memasak Spaghetti!! For your Information , chefnya kali ini didatangkan asli dari Italia : Mr Alexandro.. wuih..pada ga sabaran ngerasain Spaghetti yang dimasak ama native chefnya..hehe..

Abis Green camp, hari ini pun pembagian Report card nya.. ada beberapa orang tua yang baru kali ini ketemu ama gw.. so diskusi pun dimulai, dari yang cuek aja ama perkembangan anaknya sampe yang bener2 teliti dan kritis dalam nyampein pendapatnya..buat gw sendiri, gw lebih senang kalo orangtuanya mau bekerja sama, work together hand in hand dalam mendidik anak mereka.. so gw harap setelah pertemuan pertama tadi, gw bisa lebih " bekerja sama " dengan ortu2 tadi.. tp sempat miris ngeliat orang tua yang ga bisa libur satu hari untuk ngambil raport anaknya..

Agenda liburan kali ini : yang pasti gw mau nyicil ngetikin Lesson Plan untuk beberapa meeting kedepan selagi ngungguin Hari cutinya Hubby, o ya kita berencana bertahun baru di rumah Mertua di Bandung tahun ini .. so gw ga bisa lagi menghias pohon natal dirumah plus ngebantuin mama bikin kue en yang paling ditunggu : cicipin Lontong Sayur plus Rendang buatan mama!! hmm nyummyyyyy!!! kangeenn!!!..

Sempat sirik waktu ngebantuin abang gw yang mau pulang ke Pekanbaru ngurusin tiket pesawatnya..his.. I wish I could be there also..! tp ga papa,, its fun also to be there with my parents in law and my niece..,,Happy Holiday!

Tempoe Doloe

Bongkar2 memory card hape lama, ketemu lagi foto2 tempoe doloe, waktu masih di era pacaran ( untuk yang kedua kalinya) pasca CLBK kata anak muda zaman sekarang.

Hubby gw emang maniak Fotografi, tp doi paling ga mau kalo di foto. makanya kalo dilihat2 angle dan konsepnya sama semua..hehe.. itu pun gw harus ngebujuk doi untuk bersedia difoto dengan tampang serius! kenapa?? karna doi suka ga serius kalo mau difoto!!..alhasil doi baru mau senyum dan ngasi tampang normal setelah gw ngambeg karna doi masang tampang " aneh bin ajaib" kalo gw ngajak fotoan.

Jujur aja, kalo ditanya When was our first meeting, kita berdua bakalan bingung, wong kita ketemu nya pas gw masih pake seragam putih merah en doi yang udh SMP suka main game bareng abang gw yang pertama.. gw pun ga ketinggalan sampe SMA masih suka gosip plus ngecengin cowo2 ama adenya dikamar adenya.. so we were a childhood friends where our parents are really close to each other for many years.

Trs, waktu gw udah duduk di kelas 3 SMU en doi yang udah smester akhir pun tiba2 aja jadian .. gw pun ga pernah nyangka si "temen Abang" yang dulu aja sering pacaran ama pacarnya yang juga sohib abang gw di rumah gw ini ternyata suka juga ama gw ( sedangkan gw, kalo boleh jujur dari SMP udah senengg aja ngeliat doi..hahahha dasar gatel)

Anyway, waktu kita "dipertemukan" lagi, tepatnya akhir November 2007,
gw udah hijriah ke Jakarta en ngekos di daerah Tebet, dimana Hubbyku waktu itu baru aja nyampe lagi di Indonesia en akhirnya mutusin ngekos di daerah yang sama juga, ( kayanya sih takut pisah lagi ama gw..hahahaha)

Well akhirnya setelah 5 bulan pas pacaran ( lagi) gw pun dilamar!!! momentnya bener2 dadakan en ga ada persiapan sama sekali, but it was touched and suprising me! en abis itu semuanya berjalan kaya mimpi.. pertemuan orang tua pun digelar di rumah gw di Pekanbaru, abis itu dilanjutkan dengan acara lamaran adat dengan mempertemukan keluarga besar kita dirumah gw lagi en disusul pemberkatan di Bandung en resepsi lagi di Pekanbaru.. kalo ditanya apa gw pernah ngebayangin dikasi kemudahan seperti ini ama yang diatas?? jawabannya adalah Big No No !!!..makanya bener2 thank God!!!

Bea's Wedding

Last Sunday, We attended the wedding of my hubby's office mate, Bea at Pendopo Utama TMII, Jakarta.

This is the traditional wedding of Palembang, where sense of Malay is really dominant. O ya, Speechless with the Venue : really big and full furnished! the reception was prepared well so I think it really run very well.

One of some uniqe thing at the wedding is the Souvenir. It is a customized note book where the bride put her Favorite Restaurants and delicatessens Review where one of them is the proposal venue complete with the interesting pics..so personal and unique!

Anyway happy wedding to both of them, wish all the best in the new chapter of the marriage..

Ini beberapa foto murid2ku di Kindergarten B Sekolah Mutiara Bangsa 2 Tangerang. foto ini diambil waktu ada acara gathering di sana, yang ngambil itu guru Mandarin kelasku, namanya Lao tse Unita..o ya ini waktu anak2 ku itu masih di kelas Kindergarten A, tahun 2008 lalu.

GW tuh langsung ngakak waktu ngeliat anak2 kyu yang super duper imut bin nyebelin itu " berdandan" ekstra lucu untuk salah satu sesi kaya "Costume Show" gitu, yang paling lucu dapet hadiah deh ..

Nah yang foto pertama itu para Boys.. dimulai dari anak laki2 yang pake baju kaya Ultraman itu, namanya Lee Hee Xing, yp mamanya bilang di Indonesia just call him Agus ( ga nyambung ya?? ) doi itu warga negara Singapura, tp berdarah Taiwan asli ( ribet ya )..udah beberapa tahun tinggal di Indo en tiap bulan harus balik ke Singapura untuk ngurus izin tinggal.. o ya doi juga kurang fasih bahasa Indo en English..so harus extra keras berusaha untuk komunikasi ama the silent boy yang satu ini ..eh senyum en matanya mirip David Wu loh ! ( ketauan nih teachernya rada genit..hehe)

Nah yang kedua, yang pake seragam kebesaran Suparmen en Superman itu kayanya namanya Vincent, yang udah pindah ke sekolah lagi..so gw ga sempat kenal ama doi..

Next, yang palingggg lucuuuu..itu namanya Arthur..! he is really funny with that Banana Costume!!..Arhur ini murid lakiku yang paling imut tadinya..anaknya juga luccuuu banget.. lincaahh banget.. kalo udah Story telling time dia bakalan duduk manis didepan .. tp sayang, dia udah pindah ke sekolah lain karna satu hal..hiks..bye Arthur!

Yang disebelah Arthur gw juga ga kenal syapa, so after Him is Richard..salah satu the silent boy juga dikelas gw..tp Richard termasuk murid yang pinter en cepet nangkap pelajaran..doi juga termasuk murid yang teliti en ga banyak neko neko.. waktu liburan ke Hong Kong kemarin, doi ngasih hadiah blue bear dari Disneyland..

Nah terakhir namanya Richie.. He is the smartest Student in the class ( among the boys) .. Richie ini anaknya pinter en punya jiwa Leadership.. dia juga salah satu murid andalan gw untuk mimpin temen2nya.. ga usah ragu ngomong Bahasa atau English ama dia, karna emang dia udah ada di kategori diatas rata2 untuk kedua bahasa tadi, disamping Mandarin juga loh!

Next..the second cute pic, after Richie, gw ga tau syapa karna mukenya ketutupan..hehe..nah yang pake kostum Snow White ini namanya Angie, the youngest girl in the classroom..dia masih 4 tahun en masih suka manjaaa banget..apalagi kalo lagi ga enak badan atau ada yang dipikirin.. karna masih kecil , doi gw dudukin disamping kiri gw, so klo doi nangis bisa langsung ditindak..ANgie juga salah satu murid yang bikin gw ketawa tiap hari, karna tingkahnya lucu, plus repot kalo doi dah meluk gw waktu nangis atau minta dipangku.. back to her Snow White costume, I do love to see her wear that gown..! lucu banget!! o ya doi jadi jawara loh waktu itu..no wonder !!..

Nah yang terakhir, karna gw ga kenal yang lain, namanya Auryns..She is the Silent girl, but really smart.. doi orangnya rapiihh banget, jarang ngomong tp pinter.. doi juga pinter Ballet loh.. makanya dia ambil Ballet untuk Ekskulnya.. Doi juga salah satu jagoan gw untuk ngebantuin temen2nya yang rada kesusahan untk ngerjain sesuatu..

"Breaking The Rule" Day

Week End kemarin, bener2 hari "breaking the rule" nya gw. Mulai dari Pantangan untuk ga konsumsi Daging putih en merah, Ngemil sampe "Jam makan" semuanya gw langgar abis..hihihi...

Jadi ceritanya waktu itu kita udah siap2 mau ke keluar, ke suatu tempat, abis sarapan Roti Keju Mayo ( gw juga lagi tergila2 ama Mayo akhir2 ini) Hubby gw tiba2 bersin2 en gejala "alerginya" kambuh lagi, kaya badan mulai meriang en idung mampet, persis kaya orang mau demam.. karna dia juga udah lemes, jadi deh kita ga ga jadi kemana2

Nah, karna lagi meriang gitu, gw pengen kasi makan siang yang anget2 buat hubbyku.. tapi karna hari Minggu kemarin ga belanja en reload isi kulkas, jadi deh nothing to cook. Jalan satu2nya cuma beli di Food Court bawah

So jadi deh gw turun ke bawah dan mesen Soto Ayam Betawi Cabang Tanah Abang yang dari wanginya enak banget..gw pesen 2 porsi pake ayam dimana biasanya gw hanya akan makan pergedel, kerupuk plus "isi" yang lain en suwiran ayamnya dihibahkan ke hubby

Nahh, selama nunggu gw pun ngebeli HappyTos dibawah ( my Second sin) en pas makan siang, ternyata isi sotonya cuma ada pergedel kecil selain Ayam tadi,, jadi deh hubby gw saranin makan ayam aja, daripada cuma makan nasi ama kuahnya..berhubung emang udah laper banget ( mana udara dingin bikin tambah laper) gw makan deh Ayamnya..so pantangan dietgw pun terlanggar sudah..

Abis itu, Happy Tos di atas meja pun manggil2 untuk dinikmatin..once you try, you will get addicted..jadi deh pantangan ngemil ( apalagi gw alergi MSG) pun dilanggar..gatal2??pasttiii..

Next, Malemnya Hubby yang udah baikan bersedia nganterin plus nemenin gw yang pengen motong rambut ( Agenda Bulanan) dan sejak kuliah dulu, gw udah langganan ama Jhonny Andrean, baik yang di Bandung maupun di Jakarta,malah untuk yang di Plaza Semanggi ( tempat tongkrongan masa single) gw udah punya Hair cutter favorit, namanya syapa ya gw lupa, yang pasti dia mirip banget ama Inul, makanya gw panggil Mba Inul..hehe

Nahh berhub udah malem, dan di deket sini juga ada Jhonny, jadi deh kita ke Mall Daan Mogot untuk gunting rambut..sampe sana, abis Gunting, Hubby yang pecinta makanan Jepang udah ngajakin makan di HokBen,,padahal menu di Hokben kan Ayam dan sapi yang bisa gw makan ( karna gw ga makan Sea Food) jadi deh, gw pesen Egg Chicken Roll dapet 5 biji, gw abisin 3 biji...huff..gagal lagi jadi Vegetariannya...makannya malam pula!..

Nah besoknya, mulai deh pencernaan gw terganggu..baru nyadar "Dosa" kesayangan gw udah ga boleh diterusin lagi..so besoknya gw pun tobat, back to the Green ones and malemnya goreng ikan Gurami Goreng Garing aja deh jadinya.,, forget all the Chicken and Beef !!

My Cousin In Law Wedding

Last Sunday, my cousing in Law got married. The holy matrimony was held at Gereja Advent Kemang Pratama, Bekasi and the Traditional Batak reception was held at Gedung Gorga, Bekasi.

The Holly matrimony was really nice, Purple was everywhere, because the bride chose that color as the Dress Code. One of my nephew was chosen as the bell boy and the other, Tabitha was chosen as the Flower Girl. It was really funny to see those children do their task without attending the rehearsal ( because we just arrived from Bandung and it was impossible for us to attend the rehearsal)

It was the first time for me to attending the Batak Wedding as the Family of the brides. So amazing to see so many people there, sat together and had the traditional "requirements" such us mangulosi or manortor..but the most shocking things is the " duration" of the reception: it begun in the morning and end at almost nite! what a long and hectic party!

On the latest Long Week End, we went to Bandung, for having some Family Gathering. It was a special gathering because My brother in law who stays in Surabaya with his Wife and son, visited Bandung and on Sunday, we had a plan for attending the wedding of my cousin in law in Jakarta. What a full time Agenda! It was fun to meet my nephew and niece. The total of them is 4 ( for now) The oldest was Tabitha ( the only girl that we had for now) Alfeus , Timmy and Tian ( 7 months plus the youngest one) . They were so cute and funny. They already known how to pray and it was really amazing to see those 3 years old children spelled the little prayer with their unique way!
